Would recommend with caution

Everything was lovely. We loved the house and the area had exceptional food options. We loved seafood and different options that were available to eat. There weren't any bikes to ride and the pool never did get to the temp that the display showed. We bought a thermostat to see if it was just us. There were plenty of towels and the cabinets were well stocked with cooking items and utensils. We did come across a few bugs on the top floor but we just relocated to the other parts of the house. The beds were very comfortable and it was almost clean. The porch, pool area, and the hallway leading to the steps, and the steps themselves could have been cleaner. But overall if I was back in that area I would use this home again. The owner responded quickly with any of our concerns.

Perfect Location! Awesome Place!

The house sits in the back of the seacrest neighborhood and is nice and quiet. It’s an ideal size for a large group. We had 4 adults and 4 teenagers, and there was room to spare. You can walk or bike to most attractions (beach, restaurants, etc). The pool at the house was awesome and private. There is a huge neighborhood pool that is nearby. Kitchen is a gourmet approach and plenty of seating for meals. I wish i could buy this place to have for my own! Will rent here again- 100%!

Urine and Makeup stained sheets & dirty outdoor seating!

On the surface level, the home is beautiful and the backyard privacy and pool are great. However, when going to bed, we noticed urine and makeup stains on the sheets. When looking to swap out other sheets, we noticed they were dirty as well. Additionally, when going to use the pots and pans, we noticed live silver fish crawling around. We even found a dead roach on the floor on day 2. Lastly, I woke up with bed bug bites on my arms and legs. IF the home were clean, we'd give a solid review - but ultimately, we left disgusted. The seller was responsive during the stay, but couldn't offer us anything in support other than access to the linen closets to change out our sheets ourselves (meaning we had to touch the other dirty sheets and mattress covers). We spent hours the first day cleaning and washing everything in the home. VERY disappointed. Also the seller did not respond to VRBO's requests for refunding the cleaning fee and neither did VRBO offer any decent support.

Perfect place

Perfect place for our family and friends. Loved the location and layout for our large group. Would definitely rent this property again.

Family vacation Seacrest Beach

The property was perfect for our family of 12. House was very nicely updated and situated backing up to woods which offered privacy and serene setting. Also, it was conveniently located across from tram stop, which made easy to get to beach and neighborhood pool. The private pool onsite was awesome! I would absolutely stay here again.

Exceptional home

We loved this house. It was a perfect rental for us. The kitchen/dining/family room area flowed nicely and was comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with all dishes & utensils we needed. It is located directly across the street from the Beach Shuttle stop and is a very short walk to the restaurants. The outdoor areas were lovely! The pool is perfect for a nice float or cool off after being in the sun for the day. This house had the best Bunk Room I have seen! My son just loved it! It would easily and comfortably sleep 6. There is plenty of space in additional to the great built in bunks, 2 full bathrooms and lounge sofas. If we return to this area I will absolutley rent this home again.

Beautiful Home

Excellent property, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy the Seacrest Community. Check-in was seamless and the home was clean and well appointed. Private pool was an added bonus to help social distance from the crowds at the beach. Will definitely look to rebook this home for our next trip to the Gulf Coast!

Cute house with pool but needs upkeep

Nice roomy house with pretty decor. Had a few maintenance issues such as a nail sticking up on the steps that we cut our feet on, pull out garbage drawer was broken, grill wouldn’t light, one of the nice bikes had a hole in the tire, broken light in the shower so you had to shower in the dark, clogged drain in the shower, the outside swing was broken on arrival so had to be thrown away, tons of pool floats but most all had a hole. I emailed evolve and the property manager but issues with no response. You will need to buy dishwasher soap, laundry soap and garbage bags as they only provide 2 or each. For the money we spent, there is a nicer home in the neighborhood we could have had.

Beautiful house perfect location

The location is perfect with easy access to the beach and community pool. Private pool at the house was perfect for kids to burn off last bit of energy while we prepared dinner, and there is a fantastic trail right behind the house where we picked black berries one afternoon! Sweet memories!! It was the perfect setting overall! There were a few issues, mainly due to Covid and the fact that it was a holiday weekend, but the owner was very quick to respond and help resolve problems. The setup was perfect for our 3 couples with 5 kids under age 10. The kids’ room upstairs had the perfect layout with ample beds/space for 6 kids and separate full bathrooms for “mermaids” and “pirates.” The house decor was very updated and cute, the kitchen was well equipped for my chef husband, beds were very comfortable, and the layout was perfect. I received a surprise text on our way out letting me know that the cleaners had found my wedding rings, and they shipped them with a tracking number before we hit the FL state line. Thanks Jenny for being a fantastic host.
