Bienvenido a la Unidad 1005 en el décimo piso en Aqua. Nos reservamos 2 sillas de playa acolchadas / Umbrella para su disfrute durante su estancia en nuestro condominio! (Disponible de marzo a octubre.) Servicio gratuito de internet wifi.

Disfruta de la verdadera vida de lujo en este condominio de 2 dormitorios decorado con buen gusto con una vista impresionante del Golfo desde tu terraza elíptica privada. Los espacios interiores exquisitos incluyen una cocina totalmente equipada con encimeras de granito, refrigerador con máquina de hielo y microondas. Los suelos de baldosas recién colocados hacen que el espacio vital sea hermoso. Hay 3 televisores de pantalla plana junto con un reproductor de Blu-Ray. También tenemos una lavandería en la unidad con lavadora y secadora. Ventanales y hermosos espacios de vida que se conectan a la magia del Golfo. Una elegante suite principal cuenta con una ducha acristalada separada, doble tocador y un amplio espacio de almacenaje. Nuevo colchón king size en el dormitorio principal. Esta casa en el Aqua es totalmente amueblada para uso familiar y cumplimiento de su sueño frente a la playa.

Hay dos piscinas magníficas, una de ellas interior / exterior, y se calienta durante los meses de invierno. Las parrillas dobles en el patio son perfectas para asar a la parrilla junto a la piscina!

Estamos a solo una cuadra del recientemente desarrollado Pier Park, que cuenta con más de un millón de pies cuadrados de tiendas, restaurantes y lugares de entretenimiento. From the second we walked in we felt at home. The condo was very inviting and had everything we could have possibly needed for our five night stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of dishes, pans, silverware, etc. The bathrooms had lots of extra towels for our use. The bedrooms were roomy, and the beds were super comfortable. The condo was super clean, spacious and beautiful. The view from the balcony was wonderful, and the amenities were great. We thoroughly enjoyed walking to dinner every night! We will def be back. I can’t recommend enough!

Property was very nice and very clean. Check in was a breeze. Everything that is described about it is true. Everything in the unit worked with absolutely no issues. Kitchen and appliances were also very clean. View from balcony was perfect as you can see the whole beach from left to right. Also from balcony took some amazing night pictures of the moon shining through the clouds on the ocean and the beach. Communication with host was excellent! Location was also great and felt very safe as we saw regular security on property. Would highly recommend this unit!!

Great get away - great owner

Enjoyed our week at this property. The owner/host was easy to work with and very responsive to our inquiries. We enjoyed the beach chair setup that was included in our stay. The unit was well maintained. I personally enjoy staying on the beach (where the sand and ocean are a short elevator ride away). I would recommend this property for anyone looking for a nice Panama City Beach get away.

Spring break with teens

We took our daughter and her friend to PCB for spring break. The balcony and beach (with chairs) are amazing, and the location is great in that it’s walkable to many restaurants and activities. Tip - take earplugs because the bedroom windows face the road, and it can be quite loud at night. Communication with the host was very easy and consistent. A nice starter supply was provided of soaps and other necessities. The condo was very clean; however, the 4 stars is because black marker or wax was used to touch up wood furniture damage, and it seems to have permanently stained several items of clothing. We had to lay our black items over the back of the chairs, table, and coffee table to avoid getting it on ourselves or clothes.

Fabulous time!

This property was amazing and contact with the host was great. I will say we had hoped the onsite snack area would have been open but it wasn’t. Which wasn’t the hosts fault. Across the street we instantly fell in love with Diego’s. We went there a lot. The condo was great and well stocked. Perfect location

All you need

This property had all the amenities you need to have a pleasant vacation. Everything from a variety of kitchenware to beach supplies to hand soaps at every sink. I also appreciated the lounge chair on the balcony to soak up some sun without having to go to the beach or pool. I would highly recommend this property.

Recharge at the beach

My hubby and I met our son here for the long weekend since he’s in college in AL. The condo is perfect. The view of the gulf is awesome and the property with 2 pools, a pool bar and beach access is fantastic. This condo is clean, well stocked and a very comfortable home away from home. Owner communication was great and check in/out was easy. We would absolutely stay here again. The location to the pier was super nice. We didn’t have to drive anywhere for our entire stay!

Beautiful retreat..

From the moment that you open the front door you are greeted with a stunning view of ocean that will take your breath away. Condo itself will give you feeling of warm home away from home. Very spacious and comfortable with beautiful decor. It was equipped with all essentials that families would need on vacation. Amenities On the property were Excellent. With restaurant and little bar next to two swimming pools. Condo and beach staff were professional and helpful. Walking distance from Pier park where there is plenty restaurants and shops to enjoy. It was a wonderful experience that hopefully we can recreate in years to come.

Wonderful Vacation

Such a wonderful vacation and the communication from Jennifer was awesome. There were many restaurants within walking distance. Grocery shopping was super close. We were on the 10th floor and elevators were fast and no long waits. Thank you again,for sharing your condo
