The resort will be updating/painting/sealing all balconies from 11/1/25-3/6/26. Workers will be present as well as equipment on the property. During this time, there will be no access to the balcony during the day when workers are present, and all balcony furniture will be stored inside the condo or in the center of the balcony covered. Balcony use will only be allowed after working hours and during the evening. We apologize for the inconvenience.

The spacious living room features a queen sleeper sofa and a large flat-screen TV with a DVD player—perfect for movie nights after a day on the sand. The master suite offers a luxurious king bed with a beautifully carved Caribbean headboard and plush bedding for a restful night’s sleep. You’ll also find a large TV and an elegant ensuite bathroom with a stand-alone shower and relaxing garden tub

The second master bedroom features a queen bed, stylish headboard, and plenty of space for your belongings. The adjoining full bathroom provides comfort and convenience.

Bunk Area
A cozy, kid-friendly bunk area provides the perfect space for little ones to rest or play.

Kitchen & Dining
The open kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need—from morning coffee to full family dinners. The breakfast bar offers casual seating, and the dining area comfortably seats six for shared meals and memories.

Laundry
A convenient in-unit laundry area makes it easy to keep clothes fresh throughout your stay.

Sleeping Arrangements:
Sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably — 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, bunk beds, and a queen sleeper sofa — with 2 full bathrooms.

You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. During Spring Break , the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person 25 years of age for every two (2) persons under 25 years of age.
