The condo was truly a beautiful place. The view was incredible and everything in the condo was immaculate. Lauren, our host, was first class, as she responded to any concern very promptly. We did have a couple of issues. Unfortunately, 2 of the 4 elevators were not working. A large complex with only 2 elevators for an 18th floor condo required a great deal of patience. There was also balcony construction ongoing. As a result, the large pool and middle area on the deck were closed. The smaller pool was available during our week. It would have been nice to have know this prior to our booking. Lauren did reimburse us some money and offered an extra night free of charge because of these issues. However, we probably would have booked elsewhere had we known of the ongoing construction. I would encourage putting the construction issues in the details of the rental.
