Sleeping arrangements
The condo sleeps up to six guests with a thoughtfully flexible layout. The master bedroom is anchored by a king bed, offering a restful retreat after long days on the sand. The living room features a queen sleeper sofa, while a twin-over-twin bunk area rounds out the sleeping options - ideal for kids or a group of friends.
 
Bathrooms
Two full bathrooms mean everyone has the space and privacy they need, each stocked with a hair dryer, shampoo, and hot water.
 
Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook in and eat well. You'll find a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, cooking basics, dishes, and silverware - all ready for morning pancakes or a full group dinner. Beach access & views
Ocean views carry through the interior of the condo year-round. Please note: the private balcony is unavailable from October 31, 2025 through February 23, 2026 due to maintenance. The resort's waterfront location and direct beach access ensure the Gulf remains a constant presence throughout your stay.
 
Good to know
An $85 plus tax resort fee is due upon arrival, covering parking and wristbands (one parking pass allotted). The property has a smoke alarm and fire extinguisher onsite. Please note there is no carbon monoxide detector on the property. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome.
