Very nice property!

My family and I stayed here for a mini getaway and the condo was very nice and inviting. The view was immaculate and the ease of communication with the owner was great! I definitely recommend staying here and I hope we can get back soon!

Nice place with everything you need

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Very nice with everything we needed. We look forward to staying here again. We also enjoyed Bikini Bobs that’s located on the property. We always had a meal if we didn’t feel like going out and it was reasonably priced! Everyone at The Summit was very friendly.

Accommodating

The owners were super easy to communicate with and quick to respond. The space was very accommodating for all of our needs.

Very clean and nice location to the elevators

The 12th floor room offered a nice view. The room was clean and well stocked at check in. Location is between two sets of elevators which is handy.

Family vacation

This is not my first time staying at The Summit, but my first time staying at Thomas’ property. The twin size bed in the bedroom was perfect for our toddler. The condo was clean and communication was good. Will definitely stay again!

Quaint and relaxing

The owners have put forth amazing efforts to make their condo feel like a home away from home. We noticed the recent updates all the way down the the crown molding and ceiling fan placement. As always, we enjoyed our stay and it’s a perfectly accommodating unit.

The Summit

The owners were wonderful. They just purchased the condo a few months ago and are making great improvements to the unit. We enjoyed our stay. The location was great as well. Being next to Spinnakers and Club LeVela gave plenty of open areas on the beach for our canopy and beach chairs since both of those places have closed down. The security was excellent. Some people complained it was too good!

Bacony had sand all over it. Sand all through the condo. Only had 2 wash cloths.

Not very clean

We enjoyed our stay for the most part. There were a few things that bothered us: - the refrigerator and freezer were not clean at all! - bathroom is very outdated and rust on the faucets and rust on lighting fixtures in bathroom. - mold on the shower ceiling area - the couches are stained - while sweeping up, we got up several items that were left behind like Taco Bell sauce wrappers - just overall feel of clean is not there - elevator situation was unfortunate. It’s like there isn’t enough elevators for the amount of people/condos.

Perfect location! Can park and walk everywhere you need.

Great view. Great location. Cute room. Couch and bunk bedding not very comfortable but king bed slept well. Bedroom also has extra twin bed, perfect for smaller kids or toddlers. Kitchen fully stocked with coffee maker and good selection of pots and pans. Nice large outdoor pools and great access to the beach. Outdoor hot tubs are large and accommodating. I do not recommend visiting the indoor hot tub, the room itself was dirty and the interior surfacing of the tub needed major repair. Bikini Bobs burger joint on site is PERFECT for light meals and fruity drinks coming off the beach, good pricing, quick good fresh cooked food. Elevators were in desperate need of repair PRIOR to busy season. That is poor planning on building management. Room Owner was friendly and efficient. Overall good stay!
