This unit is so beautifully done, the two bedrooms having king size beds is the best. Feels just like home! The balcony is spacious and location to see the beach is perfect! Pool and hot tub was nice and clean. Beach chairs were an added plus! Only negative part was only one working elevator so check in was long wait, to two days later elevator didnt work at all, it was fixed in 5 hrs so walking stairs was hard for me with hip problem, but managed. Seems to be a common problem for PCB in general. So appreciate the owners reviews on where to eat and sight see were the best and so spot on! We do recommend Nicks pizza! Will definitely stay again! We didn't want for anything!! Sad to leave!

The property is having issues with the elevators which they appeared to be addressing. However, many people were overloading them. Our host was very attentive to our needs with the situation. We have stayed in this building before and love the beach and location. Hopefully, the elevator problems will be fixed.

Fabulous Condo

We’ve stayed at several condos in that area. This condo is spectacular! Very clean and super comfortable. The online pics match what you get. The extra beach/pool things were wonderful. We fly in so having the beach chairs was great! Beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. The balcony was our favorite. Very spacious and the furniture was so comfortable as well. It’s a must stay and we will definitely be back. The owners are very nice and great to work with.

Great View

The condo was perfect for a relaxing week at the beach. The balcony and view were perfect! PCB was pretty calm this week and there was very little crowd on the beaches. Umbrella and chairs provided were great for being able to enjoy the beach without hauling a bunch of stuff to the beach. Condo had everything we needed and the furniture/beds were very comfortable.

Anniversary stay

My wife and another couple were on our 35th and 36th anniversary trip. We could not ask for a better place to stay. The condo was very clean and very nicely decorated. The owners were very nice to to deal with and they have everything you need for the beach. They had 2 lounge chairs and an umbrella set up for the beach and also have extra chairs if you have 4 people.The pool and hot tub was very clean as well as the sauna. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone interested in going to Panama City beach. We had a great time.

Retirement Celebration Getaway

Everything was great. Only be mindful of second parking space. This is not promised. There is overflow parking across the street “you have a tag for” and on the backside of business’s you can hide your vehicle at your own risk.

Awesome Place to stay!

There were 4 of us in our 60’s who have stayed in many beach condos. This one at Ocean Reef was great! We absolutely loved it. It was very clean, and had so many “extras” that we don’t normally see. The condo is decorated very nice and the furniture is great. We loved the large balcony that was fully furnished and spent every morning and evening on the balcony. The owners were great too! We hope to go back soon.

Great Vacation
