Snowbird Season runs from November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Please contact us with your interest and to further assist!

*All guests will be required to pre-register to receive a parking permit.  The registration fee is $50.00+tax per vehicle, per reservation.  You will receive instructions on purchasing the parking pass/passes online via email.  All guests must be pre-registered prior to their arrival date to access the property.

The resort includes a large Gulf Front relaxation pool, a Gulf Front indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub, surrounded by a tropical patio studded with palm trees, chaises, and tables where you can enjoy a snack or a game of cards while listening to the surf lap onto the sugar-white sands. Located on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico in Panama City Beach, the Russell-Fields Pier sits 1500 feet out into the Gulf of Mexico. Spectators can walk the pier for a daily fee of $2.00. Daily fishing licenses can be purchased for $6.00. Open all year. Fish caught in season: Cobia, King Mackerel, Spanish Mackerel, Red fish, Blues, Blue liners, Pompano, Flounder, Hardtails, and other varieties. Rod rentals, bait, and tackle are available on site.

*** NOTE: Please note there will be exterior construction on the west side of the building and balcony renovation for Stacks 06 - 11 October 2024 through February 2025. This will not effect balconies in stacks 01 - 05. However, there may be noise from the ongoing project during this time frame. In addition, the West side pool will be closed during this time frame. The East pool will be accessible to all guest during this time.
