Great location and walking distance to many shops and restaurants at Pier Park. We had a few maintenance issues and they addressed most of the issues but I don’t want to go on vacation and constantly have to call about it.1. Ceiling fan in bedroom did not work but the light on fan did. Maintenance came and replaced the fan after 2 days. 2. Light above stovetop was burnt out. Maintenance came to replace light bulbs but it was broke so she had to call someone to fix. It was never resolved. 3. Air conditioning was faulty. It was either too hot or too cold and maintenance advised me to trip the breaker. 4. Light outside entrance to our specific condo is burnt out. If you arrive at night it makes it difficult to see the pin pad to enter condo. Had to use phone flashlight. They also advised me that HOA takes care of that not them. 5. King size bed did not have a mattress protector but bunk beds did. I called to advise and they came and brought it to me. 6. We had an ironing board but no iron. Had to call and they brought it to me. 7. Dishwasher does not do a good job in washing coffee cups. After wash, cups still had coffee stains. Forgot to report this issue. Not sure if we were the first guests for the spring break season but I imagine all of these issues should have been addressed prior to guest arriving.I had stayed at many hotels, VRBOs etc and have never had this many issues at the same time.
