Great host and clean unit

We enjoyed our stay. Super nice host and clean condo with lots of necessities including beach toys. The kids loved having “sleepovers” with the provided air mattresses.

Well appointed condo in a great location

This condo had everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our one week stay. Easy access to the beach and pools. The closet with beach toys and chairs was an added bonus. We would definitely book this condo again for our family!

Awesome condo!

O some dream come true was a terrific place to stay!! The condo was beautiful, clean, had everything we needed and so much more!! The view of the beach and ocean was outstanding, the walk to the beach was an easy walk, and Jason was awesome about checking in with me to make sure we had everything we needed! I would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely Perfect. Everything about it.

I highly recommend this particular unit. Had every single thing we needed and then some. Owners checked in twice the week we were there just to make sure if there were any needs. Perfect floor and tower which helps avoid the crowds during peak season.

Fall Break 2023

The property was very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Jason was extremely helpful and made sure we did not need anything during our visit. We will definitely stay in this unit again.

Wonderful getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay and this condo! Clean, perfectly located, beach right there out your windows, and a close pool too! Condo was stocked perfectly we had everything we needed and then some. Management was friendly and responsive! We will be staying here next time we go to Florida!

We enjoyed our stay, this was by far one of our best experiences in PCB! The condo was so clean and we had everything we needed. I loved how the closet was filled with stuff for the kids to take to the beach that was a big plus for us. We will be back!

Spring break

Host communication was great. The property was as described and the resort is nice and has some extra amenities. Had all the basic things covered detergents, paper goods, soaps, ect. They are very detailed oriented and cover all the bases.

Awesome place to stay!!

This condo was clean, updated, decorated nicely and had a great location on the beach! We walked down the beach to a couple restaurants and noticed there were a lot more people down the beach further. This location was less crowded so you could always find a good spot to sit for the day. The private tower 2 pool was awesome for a quite swim, and the large pool at tower 1 is available if you wanted some action or a larger pool. We loved it and will definitely return!

Definitely recommend!

Well thought out condo, and such a perfect view! King bed was ultimate comfy! The owners were easy to work with, no issues. We appreciated them having the pack and play and high chair for our active 8 month old! They seemed to have thought of even little things like night light placement. Definitely recommend edgewater and this condo!

Beautiful, clean well equipped room.

The condo was beautiful, very clean, not outdated. Looks to have been renovated recently. Living room furniture is beautiful and comfortable. The king size bed sleeps like heaven, and has a beautiful ocean view. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. Plenty of towels and wash cloths. The condo had plenty of room for a family. Bonus of beach chairs and an umbrella to use also. Would definitely stay again, and will recommend to friends and family.

Wonderful Stay

We just got back from our stay in this lovely, renovated condo at EdgeWater. We have rented several condos at this resort over the years, but this was definitely our favorite. The condo was clean, lovely, and well-appointed. They even have a closet devoted to beach supplies/toys for you to use while staying. We usually stay in tower one, but I found the view from this condo in tower two to be much more peaceful and relaxing. The owners were easy to communicate with and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this condo and would not hesitate to return.

Wonderful place excellent facilities top notch! Except when you put the directions in for check in it does not take you to the beach front where we was. Was very disappointed they had half the parking lot closed off. We had to roll are stuff in the rain to load our car

Home away from home

This is our first time in any vrbo or arbnb, and didn't really know what to expect. The pictures were great and when we got there it was just as nice as the pictures. Vacationing with a two year old, you can't eat every meal out, so it was so nice to find a fully equipped kitchen and a washer and dryer. The condo was spacious,with plenty of room for the 5 of us, and nicely updated. The beach view was nice and water was wonderful. Plenty of pools to chose from at the resort. Our first time in PCB, loved the area. Thank you Jason for being so helpful and available when we needed you.

This place really is OZsome!

We have been coming to Edgewater for 20+ years. This is by far the nicest unit we have stayed in. The owners are very organized and have done a great job making it easy to book and relay important information about our stay. The unit is beautifully decorated and very clean. From the moment you walk in you can tell the owners were really thinking about their guests. The kitchen was fully stocked with various cooking utensils, pot and pans, and even a crock pot. There was an abundance of bath towels which I really appreciated. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of seating for our family of seven in the den. They even had lots of games and movies available for rainy days. We throughly enjoyed our stay!

Love Edgewater & This Condo

We have been coming to Edgewater for over 20-years for an extended family fall trip and just love the property, amenities, beach, and, location. Many of the condos at Edgewater are dated, but this one has been renovated and is very nice. My favorite part was having the beach cart they give guests access too and the guest closet for sand toys, chairs, rafts, noodles, balls, boogie boards, etc. It's nice that guests can leave behind these reusable items they buy to share with the next guests (we added another chair)!! Only hiccup we had was the check-in details email went to my junk folder and i didn't realize i didn't have it until our flight landed at 9pm. However owners responded immediately with the door code and directed me to my junk folder to find the email they had sent with all condo details. Great stay, would definitely return!!
