  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Perfect… Exactly as described.

This condo was perfect, very clean fully stocked, extremely comfortable beds. Everything we needed for our family to enjoy time at the beach. Ages 72 to 18 months had everything they needed. Thank you so much for a wonderful place to spend a week for our first family gathering.

Amazing

This condo is amazing and Jennifer, the host, is just as amazing. This is my first experience getting a condo and I was so worried but everything that was listed in the picture is exactly the same and the view is just as amazing! My husband doesn’t like long walks and was worried we were on the 14th floor but it didn’t seem to bother him and he has enjoyed this trip as much as all the family!! Would def stay here again!! Thank you Jennifer for sharing your wonderful condo with us!!! We are very sad we will be leaving tomorrow!

Beautiful Condo that comes as advertised.

Spent 4 nights here. With the weather being unseasonably cold, my family of four spent more time in the unit than we were expecting. The high end finishes and comfort of the condo made us feel right at home. Really cannot think of anything that was overlooked. Jennifer is very timely in responding to any questions. I highly recommend this condo to anyone.

The best Hosts we've ever rented from

We visit PCB every October. Over the years we've stayed in five different beachfront condos and more than nine different units. This was by far the best rental experience we've had. The hosts are amazing and the unit was gorgeous.

Best Condo on the beach!

I have stayed in this condo a couple of times. The owners are amazing to work with. All the instructions were clearly stated. The condo is beautiful, and I have no complaints. The large balcony accommodated our entire group. The location was great, parking was easy and lots of nearby restaurants to walk to. We had a wonderful time and can't wait to come back next year. Check out American Charlie, great new restaurant not far from the condo.

Best Vacation

3 couples mostly all high school friends on this long weekend stay. The weather was terrible but we were able to get in the water for a little. It was gray and gloomy for the most part. Thankfully, we rented this great condo with a huge balcony we could sit on and hang out like the old days. This condo was super clean. It was very comfortable in the living room and every bed. Even when we stayed in to watch the Tennessee Vols football game we had plenty of room. Great kitchen that we mostly used to cook breakfast. 10 out of 10 I would recommend this condo. This is also the second vacation I have rented this particular condo.

PCB vacation of a lifetime!!

Amazing and sparkling clean condo with gorgeous views, balcony with seating for our family of 8, comfy beds and fully equipped kitchen! The master shower was remarkable-only wish I had one like that at home. Kind and quick communication with owner who answered a few questions upon arrival! She went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable and had everything we needed. Parking was great in garage and the extra items in condo were so useful: chairs, beach canopy, cart, and boogie boards! Been to PCB condos before, and this one surpasses them all!!

Johnson Beach Vacation

The best and cleanest condo that my family have ever stayed in for a beach vacation. Everything that you need was readily available and supplied by the owners. The condo was spacious with beautiful scenic ocean-front views. The owners were great hosts. We would love to have the opportunity to stay in this unit again in the future.

A Wonderful Week!

We had a great stay! Jennifer was very kind and upfront letting me know all that was in the condo that we could use that saved us from bringing things that were already there. Our grandkids loved the bunk room! The deck and view from there are amazing. We watched the sunset several nights. Thanks for a wonderful week with our kids and grands! It was just as everyone said it would be! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hated to leave. Plenty of space for 6 adults & 2 children. One of our biggest worries was that the bunk room wouldn’t be quiet enough for the 6 & 9 year-olds to sleep, but it was PERFECT! If you have someone who might end up sleeping in the living room, though, make sure they have a sleep mask since there are no curtains in the living room. Jim & Jennifer provided a tent, a couple of chairs and beach toys which was a wonderful perk. We brought extra bag chairs just in case there wasn’t enough balcony seating, but didn’t need them, except on the beach. From the balcony, we could watch stingray swim back and forth along the beach every morning, AND, we had a manatee swim within 2 feet of us!!! A first for me (@66). Great stay!!!!

Family Summer Vacation

This room was phenomenal to stay in for a week with my family! We had the best time vacationing in Panama City Beach, and having this spacious property to stay in was the cherry on top! Every detail of this room exceeded our expectations- especially the balcony view!! You can see the most beautiful sunset each evening of your stay. The owner, Jennifer, is wonderful with responding to any questions you have and will help with anything you need! We’re already looking forward to next year’s trip!

Wonderful condo with attentive owners

This condo development is right on the Panama City Beach. Condo was well-stocked with airfryer, waffemaker, paper towels, trash bags and handsoap along with laundry pods and dishwasher pods. Had a small issue during stay with garbage disposal that owner took care of extremely promptly (that ended up being a problem that I created). I'd highly recommend this condo for a large family or 2 smaller families. We had two families of 4 and never felt crammed.

Better than we could have hoped for.

I was a little worried at the fact this listing had all 5 star ratings. HOWEVER, The owner and condo deserve more than 5 stars if i could give more than 5. It was everything we wanted and then some. The condo was beautiful and was more stocked than we could have imagined. Pretty much anything we could think of and forgot, she had. The owner was amazing as well. Immediate communication and even made sure to check in and see how our trip was going. We didnt want to leave. 10 stars!!

Wonerful condo,great size for groups. Had everything needed for stay. Also beach supplies was great plus. Listed for 4 bedrooms but actually is a three bedroom with bunkroom. Bunkroom is small with no closet.

Everything about this condo is perfect. Checkin and check out was a breeze. Great view for sunsets. Plenty of space and comfy beds. Super close to elevator to take you to the pool, beach, or street. Also plenty of kitchenware for dining in. Would definitely like to stay here again.

Awesome family beach condo

We were impressed with all the little things the owner had in the unit for all ages from a pack n play with sheets to all kinds of beach items for our use. We had a toddler with parents, uncle and grandparents. A room for everyone and each family unit had their own bathroom. The unexpected items like a booster seat, child's beach chair were items we needed, and didn't expect to have them in the unit, so we brought our own.
