The room was really nice. Didn't like the fact that i couldn't get in the room till 6pm and the cleaners were knocking on the door at 930 am. We only stayed one night so we actually only got 15 and half hours in the room.

Wonderful stay!

The property was amazing! The room was very clean and well stocked. The beds were phenomenal! Right on the beach with easy access to the ocean. The pool and hot tub was so nice. Ive seen some mixed reviews on Sterling and i took a chance and booked and am so glad i did! Definitely will be back there. And location was steller, .5 milea from Pier Park.,but still in the condo and even on the beach, it was quiet and peaceful! 5 Stars!

Condo perfection

We chose to stay at Sterling Breeze in Panema City, FL. The condo we chose was perfect for us! Wonderful view, very clean, had everything we needed, and a grill on patio even! Everyone at resort was so kind! Elevators at Sterling Breeze are new and fast! Great stay!

Spring break trip

This condo does NOT have all the essentials to cook (has a handful of cookware. No mixing bowls. No pitchers for tea or koolaid. No platters for food. No keurig. Icemaker kept freezing up. Second bedroom says it has a queen bed. It is a full at best. Washer door is broken and is hard to hold up and put in clothes. Was t told that only one elevator worked and it took us over an hour to get to elevators when we checked in. Was told a manager would call me and never heard from them. Would not recommend staying here

Vacation

The room was beautiful, clean, and in a perfect location. Only issue I had was checking into my room. Check in time was between 4-6 and I had not received a text with my door code yet, so I called the booking place at 5:55 and they told me that their computer system messed up and my text wasn’t delivered so I’m glad I decided to call them. Also, the Sterling Breeze itself is very strict. They have so many rules that it almost makes you feel like you’re in school and not on vacation.

Some problems

Floors were not clean as well as some dishes that we used. One bed had sand in it and we wondered if it had even been changed. One toilet had a stain and looked like it had not been cleaned. Nothing was terribly dirty but not really clean. Fridge would not dispense ice. Frozen up at dispense hole. Defrosted it myself so we could get ice. Not upset but disappointed

We have stayed at the Sterling breeze many times over the past 15 years for family vacation. We were very disappointed upon arrival with the condo. It was not clean. It had black mold all over the master bathroom ceiling. The furniture was old, and in need of being repaired. The floor was coming up in the living area. The microwave was falling from the cabinet. The vanity had missing doors that were the lying on the cabinet. Before arriving at the condo, we received a phone call that there would be someone there the next day because they had found that a drawer on the vanity was messed up and that the chair in the living room needed to be replaced We reported the other issues and were told they would be there the next morning to correct those things. The next day in the late afternoon we received a phone call that there was a lot of traffic and they were not going to be able to make it at that point, we had already cleaned and didn’t want to waste time the next day on hanging around to wait for them to show up so we told him not to come. We have stayed at several of the condos at Sterling breeze and have never really had any other problems so we were very disappointed in the upkeep of this condo. We are now looking for a different place to stay for our next vacation.

Perfect unit for family vacation

Property was just as described, kitchen is pretty well stocked. All furnishings were comfy (Master bedroom mattress is in need of replacement), balcony could use pressure washing. We enjoyed our stay!

The condo was really nice. The only bad thing I would say about it is: the master bed sink down in the middle and was very uncomfortable. The TV in the hall with the bunk beds didn’t work as far as cable, the elevator broke which led to waiting at least over 20 mins just to get down to the 1st floor from the 17th, also the bedding didn’t smell fresh. Overall though good stay.

Master bedroom Mattress was terrible . Mold in ice maker shoot. Shower head in guest bath too big.

Door shelves in refrigerator all were broken. Shower head in guest bath is too large ,not enough water pressure to operate correctly. Water heater is on some kind of timer.you have to figure out when it turns off. The toilets were not senior friendly. Too low! Once we got adjusted it is a beautiful condo and we loved it
