We really enjoyed this condo. I thought the layout of the condo was perfect for my family of 4; 2 children below age 5. The elevators at times were a headache and the beach got super crowded at peak times, but the resort and condo was very nice. The outside pool was a little chilly, so my kids enjoyed the indoor pool and the hot tub the most. It was also nice having a specific parking spot so you didn’t have to worry about trying to find a parking spot each time you left.

I love this place! I take a solo trip every September and stayed here last year-i loved it so much i came back! I was pleasantly surprised to see that my beach chair and umbrella were still there and hope it helped with other people’s stay after me. The view is incredible, they are very quick to respond if you ever need anything and i felt very safe here. The security staff are amazing and all the pool employees great! You can NOT go wrong with this awesome beach stay

Beautiful resort and great location

Our condo was perfect. The resort was beautiful. Love the location on the beach. Elevators are VERY slow and parking garage is VERY tight especially when the car next to you is not straight.

Overpriced

Check in was a hassle, elevators were terrible you will wait like 30 minutes to an hour, and there was food left in the fridge when we got there yet we waited for “cleaning” till 6. The condo itself is nice but definitely not worth the money at all.

Elevator situation at Shores of Panama

Condo was fine. Elevator situation is absolutely horrible. The parking garage is incredibly ridiculous. Extremely narrow and tight, right parking. They never seemed to mention in the ads that the truck has to be a certain height or it won’t fit in!! We fit in by an inch. Will never stay there again!!

World Series Stay

Clean, Roomy, great view,& property managers are eager to make sure you are comfy and everything is ok. Would definitely stay here again but NEVER AT THE TIME WE DID. The elevators were HORRIBLE. In order to be on time anywhere you have to leave 30 mins earlier to wait for elevators.

Overall condo/resort review

Condo was as described. We were on the 23rd floor with assigned parking on the 8th floor. There are not enough elevators for this amount of floors and condos. We waited most of the time up to 30 minutes to get on elevator. Our door to our condo would not close and lock from the outside. Anyone could easily get in if they wanted to as this was a keypad entrance. Condo was clean and updated with new appliances and decor. No issues with air conditioning etc. Pool was clean most of the time until everyone came back from the beach then it was just plain nasty. Then there were the issues of never having a chair at the pool because people would lay claim to them with a towel and go to the beach. We loved watching the resort gather and toss towels in the morning so people who actually wanted to stay at the pool had a chair. This was a people issue not a resort issue. Then there were the biligerent drunks and fights at the elevators or the pool. So parents be aware of this when considering it to be a family resort. I shielded my son and grandbabies as best I could.

Completely Satisfied

The communication from Book That Condo was timely and detailed. The condo was clean and ready right on time. The elevator situation is such that there are 6 (maybe 8 but I only found 6) for the whole complex which has 23 floors. You will wait for an elevator. We ended up climbing the stairs to the top floor rather than wait one day. Despite this, I would stay here again and I would definitely deal with Book That Condo again. Nice trip.

The parking deck and parking space was awful. You can’t park a big vehicle and can’t get extra parking for two vehicles, but the condo and pool was amazing.

Spectacular View

Overall a beautifully decorated condo and great amenities inside. The bunk beds were a great addition and made it comfortable for the kids. The beach view was incredible. Check-in did not go smoothly, as we had no info on where to park for the week. After a 14-hour drive to get to our destination, that would’ve been helpful. Once we got the figured out though, we enjoyed our stay.

Hurry up and wait….

The condo was very nice and the manager was easily reached and responsive. However, we spent over 90 minutes searching for the unit’s parking spot on the 8th floor while other vacationers did the same so it was chaos. We spent a RIDICULOUS amount of time waiting for the elevators to go ANYWHERE. To be fair, it would almost be worth putting up with the obnoxiously loud and rude teenagers/college students you’ll see sprinkled around IF our unit was on the first floor - NOT the 23rd!!

Family weekend
