The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

We had an amazing week at the Grand Panama and Lois is a wonderful and attentive host!! She answers questions very quickly and, is very friendly and helpful with all your needs!! The condo was beautiful and, we had everything we needed for a home away from home feel!! We had plenty of room for my husband and I, as well as my daughter, son-in-law, 2 year old grandson and our two pups The pool is very nice and large with a kiddie pool and a large hot tub for those who want a break from the sand and surf but, we were so very fortunate to have the most perfect week I have ever had at the beach with not one drop of rain and the ocean was was like glass, almost lake like all week!! The water was crystal clear, like you would think of at some exotic location!!! We are already making plans to come back!! Thank you so much Lois and James, for sharing your beautiful home with us!!

Very clean and beautiful. Well stocked with things you might need for cooking. Easy access to stairs if elevator is full. Tip once settled: Park outside the garage and walk across street and go up and down one flight of stairs easy and good exercise. Would definitely stay again!

AMAZING STAY! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

We just got back from a fabulous week at PCB! This Condo is everything and more! If I could give it a really high number of stars I so would! The condo was super super clean even smelled super clean, when you walk through the door, that’s what you smell is CLEAN! Condos we have stayed at in past years it was almost tempting to just clean the whole thing again…. Super easy access with either elevator or stairs and the doggy walk area! The cooking supplies available are amazing!! It’s the first year we didn’t have to run to Walmart to get cooking supplies cause basic necessities weren’t available!! It has everything you need and more!! The beds are comfortable! The space is plenty! The views are amazing! Lois checked off all our needs and super easy and FAST communication! It’s so hard and frustrating when you may need something and are left high and dry as guess to figure it out…even after we got home and thought we left something she was quick and in action to help! she made this super easy! Super reliable! With that being said BOOK this condo for your vacation!! You won’t be disappointed!! ❤️

Just wow!

Our stay at Grand Panama was nothing short of relaxing and amazing! This condo was clean and had superb views! And the owners were just as amazing! They checked in with us before our arrival and afterwards to make sure we had everything we needed or if we had any concerns. On our way home from vacation we have already started planning for next year. I would definitely recommend this condo especially if you have a pet as it’s no problem to get to the pet potty area.

Panama City Beach is Beautiful

The Condo was exactly as described, very clean, pretty and very comfortable. Felt very safe and secure as well. Great views of the pool and the beach. Lois was a pleasure to deal with and so helpful. She is extremely responsive. Would highly recommend this Condo and especially the wonderful owners! Unfortunately, we had very bad weather so we were not able to use the property accommodations very often but they were very nice. Highly recommend a stay at this lovely condo!!

Beach Therapy a MUST

This was my first time to PCB and I will most definitely be back!!! From the first moment reviewing this property to the morning we left, Lois was the perfect hostess!! When we arrived, check-in went so unbelievably smooth! Then we opened the door!!!! ABSOLUTELY a beautiful unit with a breathtaking view!!! We had snacks waiting and all the information needed. But what I appreciated the most, Lois checked on us to make sure we were ok and if we had any concerns!! I felt very comfortable here and was able to relax on the beach with the provided chairs and umbrella. I WILL be back and this will be where we stay!! No other place I’d rather stay!!! Thank you so much for caring - it shows in your daily walk Ms. Eagleson!! ❤️

Our family ages 3-77 had a wonderful vaca in this condo. The location was within walking distance for restaurants, fun center, rentals, beach gear, market. The condo sits right on the beach and has a wonderful pool that was kept very clean. The condo was exactly as described and well furnished. There were plenty of towels, beach toys, pots/pans, everything you would need. The owner responded quickly to a couple of questions. The balcony was very nice & we enjoyed coffee there in the morning. A parking garage is across the street with additional outside parking. There is a nice enclosed walk-way but crossing the street wasn't a problem. There were 2 bedrooms/baths with bunk beds in a hall alcove with privacy curtain. Everyone had a super time!
