    This beautiful, Penthouse quality condo was professionally decorated in an elegant Contemporary coastal feel and has 9' ceiling crown molding with stainless steel appliances and upgraded fixtures. It offers an EXTRA LARGE beautifully furnished balcony (10X28) with 2 cushioned loungers and a table that seats 6 for dinner or drinks with a view to the Gulf.

    The living room features 1 large leather full size sleeper sofa, 1 large sofa chair, a large coffee table, 2 end tables w lamps and a SAMSUNG Theater System with a 46' LCD TV. Its Gulf front with custom drapes.

    The Gulf Front master bedroom features dark wood trendy furniture with a King-size bed, 32' LCD TV. With a Master Bathroom and a tub.

    The guest bedroom has gorgeous white wood furniture with a King-size bed and a 32' LCD TV and a hall/guest bathroom.

    The Laundry Room is fully equipped with a washer and dryer, Iron and Ironing board and shelving for extra storage.

    The dining area features a large oversized high-top dining table with 6 chairs.

    For your enjoyment, it includes 6 backpack cooler/chairs, 3 beach umbrellas and beach toys for the kids and a wagon to help you carry your things.

Spacious, extremely clean and stocked with handy items like a wagon to get your luggage to the condo and beach chairs provided. Very quick communication also.

My sister and I booked for the Jazz Festival which is all day over a 4 day weekend...our accommodations at the begimning and end of each day made our trip so much more enjoyable It was extremely clean, roomy and comfortable with all of the touches of being at home. We will be back!

Great room and location. Seems like we were located in the middle of everything we wanted to do. There is also a great restaurant and bar right next door that you can access from the beach. Also the carpet in the room is especially nice. I enjoyed not feeling gritty sand on a hard tile floor. I would definitely stay here again. And the communication and response from the host was top notch.

Spring break 2023

This was better than the pictures.It was in a excellent place.The boys love it and were able to walk to alot of places.The amenities were perfect.i would stay there again.

Wendy was amazing to deal with! The room was clean & beautiful! The showers had great pressure & we went home with clean clothes because of the access to a washer & dryer in the room! We can’t wait to stay here again!

Easy beach access

We loved the fact that the access boardwalk was short and close to the resort. Pool was also had quick and easy access.

The condo was in the perfect location clean but the furniture was very dated, but I guess we paid for the view it was one you could not beat loved our stay.

Our stay here was wonderful. Everything was just like the photos she has listed. Wendy is the best! She replies quick to text and very helpful and she also let us check in early once the condo was cleaned . Very thankful for that. Will stay here again!

Wonderful

Really nice condo! Nice and clean. Great location. The view was perfect and walking distance to mini golf and arcade. We will be staying here again! The owners quickly responded to messages also!

I can’t give enough good compliments. We forgot some things and the owner is even mailing them back for us! Place was great. Very clean. Centrally located to everything but was quiet. There’s an entire table on the HUGE balcony which we loved having to eat breakfast on every morning. The owner communicated with us throughout the entire trip and was incredibly kind. The condo is stocked with everything we needed. Plenty of glasses and plates. We washed towels several times because there’s 3 per bathroom. There’s a parking garage on the bottom of the building you pull into and then just take the elevator up. Much better than across the street parking like a lot of places have. 10/10

We enjoyed our stay

Overall, it was a great stay. We liked the location and definitely enjoyed the view. The only thing we wish it was better is the parking space. The space was a bit tight for our minivan

Had a great time perfect location to everything host took care of us when we called and said beach chairs were broke came over and replaced all of them only thing not perfect was living room furniture could have been more comfortable but they were ok we didn’t sit on them that often

PCB PERFECT

View is absolutely the best. Checkin process super easy. We loved being steps from the beach. It's also very walkable to restaurants and shopping. Mini golf and go carts across the street. We had a great experience and will definitely be back in the future.
