Esta es una unidad final ubicada en el cuarto piso con 2 habitaciones, 2 baños, cocina completa con doble fregadero, estufa, microondas, tostadora, cafetera y un bar. La mesa de la cena se sienta 6 con espacio para más. Este condominio se presenta perfecto y los huéspedes se sorprenden de lo grande que es 1050 sq. Tiene una vista del golfo desde la sala de estar, junto con un gran balcón para relajarse y ver las playas. La habitación de la cama delantera está situada de modo que está lejos del flujo principal dentro del condominio. El dormitorio principal tiene su baño privado. La piscina de la propiedad es grande con muchas sillas para tomar el sol. Con su entrada privada a la playa, pasa por la zona de barbacoa y nuestra terraza al golfo. Hay 2 ascensores, así que no hay mucho tiempo de espera cuando regresas a la habitación. El estacionamiento está al lado del condominio, por lo que hay muy poca caminata de ida y vuelta a su automóvil. Ubicado en S Thomas Dr., es el prefecto para jugar golf en Signal Hill y nuestro famoso parque acuático Ship Wreck Island. Hay muchos restaurantes y parques de diversiones a poca distancia, tiendas minoristas para niños pequeños y mayores. Para aquellos que les gusta pescar, conduzcan 3 millas hacia N Thomas y encontrarán una flota de barcos que lo llevarán a la pesca de charter y crearán recuerdos. S t. Andrews State Park está a aproximadamente 3 millas de distancia del condominio. No hay mejor ubicación para sus vacaciones. Hay una cancha de tenis con portería de baloncesto. Tablero de tejo, área de bbq con mesas y deck. Su estancia construirá recuerdos duraderos. Haga que sus vacaciones sean inolvidables. We had a great stay in this condo! Phil was super nice and very quick to respond if we needed anything. Security on site is very good! They are always checking to make sure doors are closed all the way. Condo was clean, no odors. Highly recommend. The only thing I can say is on the bunk beds, the top bunk sits pretty low. If person stay on bottom bunk is claustrophobic, they will have issues. I recommend the bunks for younger kids.

Property owner is very nice and has good communication, but property was not very clean or well maintained. There were cockroaches inside and out. Outlet in master bathroom does not work. Guest bathroom shower is the smallest I've ever seen. The lower bunk bed wasn't even usable due to minimal head clearance. The kitchen layout had it almost impossible to open the fridge and freezer door because it was so tight against the wall and rubbed. Outdoor patio area was dirty and the patio cusions were torn and stained. The living room ceiling had apparent water damage with parts hanging in the corner. The condo building elevators were sketchy. The beach was very nice and not busy. We've come to the area for years, but this is our first and last time at this unit.

Family Fun

This place was perfect for my family! There was plenty of room for all six of us. The location / view was nice for beach fun but it was also close to all sorts of activities and restaurants when we weren’t on the beach. Communication with the host was top notch. He even met us at the condo the day we checked in. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Roomy Condo

We came to PCB as a family of 6, there was plenty of room. The owner was awesome to work with, very responsive and helpful. Condo was clean. It is right next door to a night club that was shut down. That was a good thing for me and my family because it was less crowded at the beach. I really enjoyed my time here and I would stay here again.

Clean, cozy, and beachfront!

My family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was comfortable and clean with all the amenities we needed. The elevators were quick but the stairs were so close that it was easy to come and go to the pool or beach, which are only steps away. There were many families staying at this property. Yes, it is next door to the old Club LaVela, but the club has been closed for years. Phil was so hospitable! We will definitely stay here again.

Awesome Beach Trip

First let’s say the host was great, met us on property to explain everything that we would need and even pointed us direction of some good places to eat, the location couldn’t be better close to everything one would need. The condo is well kept and fully stocked with everything a family would need for a trip to the beach. There is security at night which I found to be a pretty nice addition (especially being there on the July 4th holiday), and we’re diligent on checking for the wrist bands that are for the property guests (another plus) overall this was a great trip to the beach and we would definitely stay in this unit again. Don’t hesitate if it’s available and you're looking book it you won’t be disappointed.

You listed the condo with parking for 1 car paid.

Your info was incorrect. It was $30 per car per parking space. Owner confirmed your listing was old info. Phil was so terrific! He contacted me prior to trip, the day of arrival and was there to greet my family and I when we arrived. There were 6 of us and the teens enjoyed the pool and it was off elevator and on beach for them. The condo’s balcony was great!! We sat and watched the waves and felt the breeze! Loved it. Kitchen was roomy and pities on VRBO do not give it justice. Price was great and I have stayed in many beach areas but this was one of the best. Thanks Phil for all the hospitality! We will be back soon!

Cute little place.

Great place right on the beach. Property overall could use some work but Phil’s condo is nice. Wish the whole place was more kid friendly but that’s my fault for not doing more research. Also don’t forget your armbands or parking pass. We had no issues with this but saw lots of others that did.
