We were very pleased with room. Comfortable beds and living furniture. Our only issues were the towel rack in the front bathroom, came apart. My husband was able to put it back together, and the next day, we found the little screw and was able to use my knife to fix it. The Roku batteries in the control were dead. However, I had a flash light that used the same batteries and was able to watch TV. When we left, we replaced the dead batteries in the control. Our main concern were the floors. Both bathroom floors were sticky, to the point of sticking to our bare feet or shoes. The tile floors thru out the condo had debris and we swept several times. They had not been vacummed, or moped. If the condos are not inspected before being rented it, they need to be. We have stayed at the Summer House many times and this is the first time this has ever happened. Being the first time renting from Vrbo, we actually didn"t know who to contact about this. All and all we enjoyed staying there, but this needs to be addressed for future renters. Thank you,
