We enjoyed our stay however there are a few things that really should be made clear in the listing. Firstly, yes you’re allowed 2 underneath parking spots. Getting those spots is not guaranteed however. There’s absolutely no info in the listing or outside the property that parking is unassigned first come/first serve. There are construction dumpsters, vehicles, supplies using many of these spaces currently which makes finding any parking near your condo difficult at times. We ended up finding a resident who explained how and where we can park because the office was closed for some reason at 3pm on a Monday. As stated, construction is going on in a good portion of the complex, which is much needed. Just in our stairwell there’s visibly rotted thru wood on rails and steps are bouncy. There was sometimes construction noise heard inside the condo well before the listed quiet hours. Our biggest complaint of the construction and overall experience is that we figured out it was the workers who were smoking weed every day, all day so that it absolutely reeked in our own condo. I don’t care what people do in their own area but our personal space was overwhelmed with incredibly strong smell. Like we checked the closets completely expecting to find someones stash it was so strong especially in the entry and kitchen. We had to go get air freshener and candles to try and make it a bit less noticeable inside our condo at least. One more note is the codes for the beach gate absolutely do not work as they should. Everyone (not just us) has d to pry the bolt out of the lock and lift/shimmy the door at the same time to get in or out of the beach. The actual inside of the condo is nice (besides the stink from neighboring units) and recently updated. Couches, beds, pillows are newer but aren’t our preference for comfort as they’re very firm. Also when packing supplies, there is zero cooking seasoning, coffee, filters, s/p, etc. Usually we find at least those but there was only some dirty salt. Kitchen appliances and utensils are above and beyond stocked. Overall 3.5/5 mostly because of issues with the property and not directly the condo.
