Our 5th time visiting Calypso and it was wonderful as always. Quiet and peaceful. Plenty of room for parking. Room had everything we needed. Security is top notch and helped us recover a stolen chair from the pool.

Overall, the unit was nice; however, the air filter needed to be changed. There was a blown outlet in the kitchen which made all the outlets on the side unusable. The mattresses were average.

Parking / pool

We LOVED, LOVED the location!!!!!!! They only thing that I struggled with was that we had to park in tower 3 even though we were in tower 2. I also really didn’t like that we were not allowed to go to tower 3 pool with our baseball family because our condo was in tower 2 even though they were the same condo!!!! That really should change! We wanted to sit with them in the evening and talk but were not allowed since we were in tower 2. Although those two things were not good everything else was Fantastic!!!! We will definitely stay again! We had two 19 year old girls two 14 year old boys with us and they loved it also!!!

Wonderful

The stay was nice and in walking distance to my event. Maintenance had to be call because the air conditioner was not working properly. They came immediately and fix it. The mattress es in the bunk beds need replacing. I was surprised by the increase in the cost of the parking garage especially when the contract said it would be $20.00. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

Summer vaca

Great location! Very nice unit! Two complaints… there was no broom in the room! How am I suppose to get up all the sand and the guest bed was not comfortable! But it’s really clean and would definitely stay again!

Great location but not worth the cost

Overall the stay was good mainly because of location outside a couple of cockroaches & a runny toilet that appeared to have been running before we got there. I did not report as I feel the cleaning person or whomever checks the condo out before arrival should have noticed it. The floor didn’t seem clean. I realize there will be sand in the condo but the floor had grits of sand upon arrival throughout. Stepped on a cockroach barefoot in the middle of the night walking to the bathroom. The next morning there was another roach at the sliding door to the balcony. Furniture seemed worn.

We loved the location of this condo. Walking distance to so many places! Our floors and balcony had not been cleaned thoroughly and the bed linens could use an update. Everything else was great!

Great Vacation

We have stayed at the Calypso many times. This room is in the best location in the building. We were able to use the stairs instead of the elevator and parking is easy access with the 3rd floor walkway. We will repeat.

Very nice unit with great amenities and perfect location.

The location is fabulous. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The condo is great, nice main bedroom. Baths and kitchen were clean. The pools and bar area were nice and the beach and sunsets were perfect. Having a free chair rental is a huge plus, as the company managing the rentals were definitely monitoring things pretty strictly. Being on the 3rd floor and not having to wait on elevators is a definite perk also. Common areas of the building, halls and stairwells, were a little dirty and worn, but I think that is pretty common at most places. Bottom line, we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Good location

Location was great however most of the tvs didn't work, mold around air ducts, tile floor was all broken up with a door mat thrown over it. Pool pump was right under the room and very loud. Shower/Tub took hours to drain so it was always full of soap scum. I call the 1st night to report the TV issue and was told someone would call the next day but never received a call. The beds were very comfortable and kitchen was stocked with everything you would need to cook a meal.
