Please don't post my review. I just want the management company to be aware of a few things...The condo was clean and we enjoyed it. The view was incredible. The pool was clean and so refreshing. This was a fun place to stay for spring break. We loved the use of the lounge chairs and umbrella at the beach!!! However, here are a few items that need to be addressed for future renters:There are not enough blankets in this condo. The second king room has a duvet cover on the bed, without a comforter inside it. We were cold at night. There weren't extra blankets in the condo. Maybe stash some in each closet...?The rubber makeshift plug in the master bathroom tub didn't fit. This drain needs to be fixed so the tub can actually be used for baths. I chose this condo specifically because it had a bathtub (many only have a walk-in shower) and it was disappointing.The handle on the microwave is broken.The kitchen could have more baking dishes. We had to purchase foil pans to make dinner.

Its perfect! Clean, conveniently located on the 9th floor right off the elevators. Beautiful balcony view. We LOVED Calypso. We'll be back for sure, most likely to this same condo! We went last week of March 2026 for Spring Break. Dont let Spring Break deter you. Our family had a blast! Lots of police and Calypso has security. We always felt very safe. Parking garage is across the street - walkover on 3rd floor. You receive an email 1-2 weeks prior to pay 60 for the week (up to 2) and you print this to scan the barcode to go in/out. Easy peasy. Always plenty of parking and our Ford Explorer XLT had no issues. Parking for larger vehicle available outside the parking garage. Not sure how to secure one of those spots though.There were 10 bracelets for the pool in the room. They check at the pool to make sure you have one on. Towers I and II are right on the beach and each have a pool. You can use either pool if you're staying in Towers I or II. Tower III is across the road with its own pool and hottub. Its the only Tower with a hottub and can only be used by Tower III guests. The location of Calypso is great! Easy walk to pier park! Theres tons of shops and restaurants.You get 2 pool chairs with umbrella with the room. The hut is on the beach in front of Calypso and you go down amd reserve your spot. Do this early to get front row. You can ask them to lock in your apot of the qeek! Tip them!! Tiki hut with great drinks at reasonable prices too! Just book it!!
Keurig- bring coffee or pods! Plugs by refridgerator didnt work. Used plug by sink.

The Calypso Property was absolutely wonderful! HOWEVER-Condo 1-906 was not clean at all!! It had decent appliances but the electrical outlets frequently tripped with ONLY the coffee pot OR toaster being used. The bathroom outlets were intermittent. Shower curtain falling down. And sliding balcony door barely opens. All glass door surfaces very fingerprinted! Trash can was disgusting!The fridge had a VERY strong odor which did dissipate as the week wore on. Bunk bed was dilapidated and looked like mold on the underside of the top bunk.Couches were FILTHY!

Generally Calypso property is nice. Pretty clean and staff nice. Tiki bar is awsome and beach is beautiful. Convenient to lots of things. The condo itself has issues. It was dirty upon arrival. I had to wash down the kitchen cabinets as dried ketchup, coffee drips, and other dried food stuck to it. I ran the vacuum as floor was pretty dirty. There were zero blankets in condo and we had to buy some at target. Bathrooms were dirty and I cleaned it. All around the baseboards it looked like hadn’t been really cleaned in a long time. This is first condo we rented that didn’t provide any beach towels. The kitchen had very few items. 3 plastic dollar tree boxes was for cereal isn’t enough. There were 4 spoons and 4 forks for a condo that held 6 ppl. Nice coffeemaker though. We were to be out by 8am which is an hour earlier than others we rented. At approximately 8:15 the code for the door quit working so to load to leave one of us had to stay in unit to get back in for getting everything out. I don’t think we’ll be requesting to rent this unit again.

Disappointed.

Condo at a nice property. Great location. Condo was not clean. Literally piles of sand in rooms. Rugs and furniture visibly stained and dirty. Sand everywhere. Not sure was even cleaned. We used 2 vacuums in the unit but neither worked. View was great, but would look elsewhere in future.

The location was absolute perfection. The condo itself would get 5 stars if it weren't for the cleanliness issue and updates necessary. The double toaster was broken, mold on ice dispenser tray,bathroom ventilation,and rubber plug for bathtub. Broken floor tiles stubborn sliding glass on bedroom exit to balcony and shade in bunk room thay wouldnt close if openwe . The couch cushions were horribly stained and the dryer needs a good cleaning as it took 2 cycles to dry anything. We would stay there again in this place but it would be wonderful if the owner vould come and persoanlly see to upkeep on this until to make it great again. Also update the photos which are olopened. Room was pretty dirty. Visibly dirty furniture and floors. No remote in kids room for tv so couldnt use. A lot of broke Floor tiles. Very dirty A/C return vent. Good location within walking distance to pier park. Easy check in process.

Basic needs were met

I have been staying in various condos at PCB for about 30 years and this unit needed the most work out of any I have stayed in. It met our basic needs and we enjoyed our vacation, but we would not rent this one again. The good: Great location near Pier Park, came with 2 free beach chairs. The bad: The condo unit itself needs a lot of work and updates. The floor tiles are cracked, the living room furniture is filthy, the wood furniture throughout is beat up and peeling. Mattress of hide away bed with yellow stains and blood stains. Gross. I was scared to check the other mattresses so I did not. Mold around vents in master bedroom. Overhead light of master did not work. Shower curtain in master bath ripping and falling apart. Poor water pressure in showers. Random artwork frame on the wall but nothing in the frame. Weird. Only a couple of glasses in the kitchen… mostly water goblets and wine glasses. No regular spoons, only serving spoons. The bedroom with the bunks is tiny and has no closet. It was not big enough for 2 teens to stay in, so one slept on the hide away bed, which was nasty. There was a tv in each room but no remote and no way to turn on the tv in the bunk room. Again, met basic needs but not worth the price paid compared to my other PCB experiences over the years.
