Unwind in this spacious 3BR/3BA first-floor villa at Seacrest Beach, featuring indoor-outdoor living and direct access to the award-winning 12,000 sq. ft. lagoon pool. Comfortably sleeps 10 with two king suites, a double-queen room, bunk area, and sleeper sofa. Enjoy a short walk or tram ride to private beach access, nearby cafes, and local shops. Perfectly located between Rosemary and Alys Beach for a relaxing and convenient 30A getaway.
Primary renter must be at least 18 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

About the Community/Property:
Located between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach, Seacrest Beach Resort offers convenient access to local shops, cafes, restaurants, and entertainment, making it the perfect retreat for relaxation and enjoyment with family and friends.
One of the newest additions to our community is the Seacrest Beach Café operated by Crust Artisan Bakery. The Café is located on the east side of the lagoon and features a delectable menu that is not your typical pool-side snack shack. They have seafood baskets, the classics such as chicken fingers and burgers, po-boys and sandwiches as well as a satisfying kid's menu.
Beach Access Info: Private beach access for guests is through the Sunset Beach community. You'll pass High Pointe Resort House on your left. The beach access is directly across from the Seacrest Beach entrance.
This private access point is monitored; guests older than the age of twelve will be required to wear a wristband to gain entry. PLEASE NOTE: Wheeled coolers, wagons, golf carts, bikes, skateboards and roller blades are not allowed through this beach access. Some large items may be permitted; however, per noise restrictions, they must be hand-carried down the pedestrian pathway leading to the shore through Sunset Beach. Strollers are permitted through the beach access as long as they are used to transport children and not beach gear. Beach tents are not permitted on any private beach access along 30A.
Closest Public Beach Access: Should you desire public beach access where lifeguards are on duty (available during the high season only, from 9am - 5pm CST), head to the beach access point at Inlet Beach. Turn right at the light at the intersection of 30A and Highway 98. In just less than ½ a mile, turn right onto Orange Street (you will see the sign for "public beach access"). At the stop sign, the road will T; parking is available to the right or left. This beach access is fully equipped with restrooms and an outdoor shower area. Wheeled coolers, wagons and beach tents are permitted at the public beach access. Bike racks are available near the public beach access as well.
Beach Chair Rental Service: Should you desire to rent beach chair service (chairs and umbrellas), La Dolce Vida provides such amenities. To rent this gear, please locate the attendant at the base of the stairs for beach access. We recommend using the website to rent chairs and umbrellas in advance, especially during the summer months.
Beach Tram Info: A complimentary beach tram is available to all guests of Seacrest Beach Resort from March 1st– October 31st from 9am to 5:30pm CST (with no Tram service from noon-1; in addition, the Tram does not run in inclement weather).
Guests must call to schedule Tram pickup, otherwise no tram service will be provided. All guests 12 years of age and older must wear wristbands to access Tram service. No wagons, no glass, no canopies, or pets allowed on the Tram.
Take advantage of 2 nearby State Parks: DEER LAKE STATE PARK GRAYTON BEACH STATE PARK
Bike Rentals near your resort: The bike rentals are in front of the Village Complex. The best places to ride are through the Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach neighborhoods. Rosemary Beach is about 100 yards left of the Village Complex (where you are booked) and Alys Beach is about 200 yards to the right of the complex.
Fitness Gym near your resort: Paradise Fitness Gym in Carillon Beach is the closest fitness center. It's about 10 minutes from the condo by car. The club offers monthly, weekly, or daily rates. They are located at 105 Carillon Market St, Panama City Beach, FL 32413. Check out their website for more information.
Grocery fix: The closest grocery stores are Publix or Winn Dixie, both are 7 minutes away (by car). Turn left on County Road 30A. At the traffic light, turn right onto Hwy 98. Go 2.5 miles, at the traffic light turn left for Publix and right for Winn Dixie.
French doors open to a patio with views of the resort-style pools. The beach is easily accessible with a short 5-minute walk across the street.
Situated on the first floor, our home at Seacrest Beach Resort is positioned at the back of the complex, leading directly to the award-winning 12,000 Sq Ft Pool. The pool area boasts incredible fountains, and a special toddler/kiddie pool. The renowned 30A beaches, voted the best US Beach in 2020, are a short distance away and can be reached by a free beach trolley service (operated March-October) or by walking or biking.
Parking:
No rental golf carts are allowed at Seacrest Beach.
All guests staying at Seacrest Beach Resort need to pre-register, in advance of arrival, by going to their website.
For this resort, you will be given parking passes for 2 (and no more than 3) vehicles. Wristbands for additional guests may be provided. All Seacrest beach guests must have a parking decal displayed on the dashboard of their vehicle(s) for the entirety of their stay. The parking decals will be provided at guest services.
To find guest services, you simply park in the parking zone with the number of your unit. Enter the main condominium building; walk out the patio doors, straight back to the roped off area, at the back of pool deck, labeled Guest Services. They will provide you with all the requisite information, wristbands for pool and beach access, along with the parking passes.
Outside of the parking areas on your property, the gravel bays aligning the streets throughout the community offer a common area parking. Do not block driveways when parking there.
Other details to note:
Although our unit can accommodate 12 guests, the association's rules stipulate that only 10 disposable wristbands will be issued for this unit, which is the maximum they will provide.
Fireplace Notice & Safety Policy: The fireplace is currently non-operational and may pose a fire hazard or liability risk if used or tampered with. For guest safety, use of the fireplace is strictly prohibited. Guests may not attempt to light, ignite, adjust, or operate the fireplace under any circumstances. Any unauthorized use resulting in damages, service calls, excessive gas or electric charges, smoke damage, or safety concerns will result in additional charges to the guest. We appreciate your understanding, as guest safety is our top priority.
A signed rental contract will be required at booking confirming that guests will follow all laws, community rules, and 30aSeascapes' policies else face fees and/or eviction.
Upon booking, you'll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!
Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it's not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.
Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).

Awesome location. Great space
It was great! Easy walk to beach and EVERYTHING else we needed. Loved being on ground level. Loved walking out patio to pool. Loved letting teens navigate the area on foot. Kitchen is well equipped. Had all the “starter” stuff (which was enough to get us thru a long weekend). Beds were comfortable. Everything worked. Plenty of space for the 7 of us.

Quick trip to seacrest
We usually stay in watersound, for the quiet and privacy, but found this on a short notice and shorter stay. Def busier and louder but to be expected.
Very clean, open, spacious property.
Pool directly outside back patio. Beach, 100 yards across the street. Can’t beat for those two aspects. Right next to Rosemary, Alys and not far from Seaside, all our 3 favorite places. Beach a little crowded but to be expected. Super convenient to so many things.
Ice machine seemed blocked in refrigerator, fryer has no lint vent. Outside of that everything in working order and more than sufficient.
Would def look at booking again.

Quick Family Getaway
Pros:
Location (back door opens to the community pool and it’s a quick 5 minute walk to private beach access)
Condo has been updated and was clean. We were nervous about carpet in bedrooms but all carpet has been replaced with solid flooring. Pictures did not do it justice. Plenty of space for our party of 5 to have privacy. Well equipped with dishes, glassware, cookware and beach equipment.
Walking distance to great restaurants, shopping & Rosemary and Alys Beach.
Cons:
Be sure to bring extra supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper and large trash bags. The kitchen trash bin is industrial sized and other than the liner that was in it when we arrived, there were no additional liners available. I had brought extra bags but they were not the appropriate size for this bin we needed to use on the daily. A box of these liners cost $15 at Publix. Would have been nice of housekeeping to leave extras since it’s not a typical size trash bin.
Major negative: other than the automated check in list with property code and check out list that was sent before checking in there was no way to communicate with the property manager once we arrived. I sent several emails (their preferred method of communication as stated in the welcome letter), texts and made phone calls about a couple issues and received zero replies. Good thing we didn’t have an emergency with A/C or plumbing. We will stick w/properties managed by the owner in the future.
