We loved the location, very quiet area and less than a two minute walk to the beach. There is room for some improvements, the blinds to the back doors did not work well, no remote for ceiling fan (only worked if the light switch was on), no baking sheets and some dirty hand prints were present.

Beautifully Renovated & Great Location!

This studio apartment was a PERFECT place to stay for our weekend getaway to Seaside. Everything was extremely clean, great location - only a short walk to the beach and just a short drive to Rosemary/Alys/etc. It was the perfect size for my husband and myself to stay for the weekend! Would definitely stay there again!

Good location.

The location is great. The room was nice. The only complaints we have are the air conditioner leaks on the back porch and puddles up and you have to walk through it to get to the pool. Also the lady that lives in 103 is very rude. I would stay here again.

Property Management (Vacasa) Continually Interrupted My Vacation

Initially, I thought the property management's text system would be helpful. Within the first few hours of my arrival, however, I realized how many times my attention and been moved from vacation to their Q&A. After providing honest feedback about what would make our stay better, the communication became more frequent yet our concerns were never resolved. The first morning after our arrival, the owner walked into the unit without notice or a knock. Thankfully, I was right by the door on my way into the bathroom and was able to stop her from intruding any further. I asked Vacasa to stop all communication so I could enjoy the rest of my vacation without interruption but to follow up with me the day after check-out. They did not. I followed up two additional times, only missing one of their calls and they have yet to resolve the issues with my stay. Outside of property management, the unit is nice enough. You get what you pay for. It's a short walk to Inlet Beach which we loved and the pool was quiet. This unit would definitely only fit 4 people, and I recommend taking your own queen size sheets because the fitted sheet came off each night.

A perfect place to book for a weekend trip. Me and my friends stayed here and it was a good size for the four of us. The pool was right outside and the beach was also right there. And it was right next to Rosemary which was great. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. :)

Very clean and close to the beach

Condo was very clean. Window blinds wands were missing so you couldn’t open the blinds unless you raised them up. I’ve stayed in this condo a few times and will stay there again later this month. An inside door mat at front and back door would be great to be able to get sand off and not track it into the condo. Back door has outside mat but it stays wet from a/c draining. Complex is really quiet and in a great location with only a 2 minute walk to the beach.

Wonderful Time!

Overall, such a sweet home to stay in while visiting Inlet Beach. The public beach is steps away and we enjoyed it for an afternoon. For few days afterwards, we enjod our time on a private beach with some family friend just around the corner. It is a short bike ride to Rosemary. We loved getting ice cream and candy at the Sugar Shack. Dinner at Shades and brunch at BBB are a must! == Only complaint is the couch - as other renters complained - it needs to be frcleaned or new

Great location BUT

Great location BUT… the only bathroom is at the front with a window, with blinds that did not close all the way. Shower head leaks everywhere, had to place a towel to keep it from spraying out. Toilet paper holder fell off. Lastly, the pictures show a bright clean space, the white slip covered couch was very dirty, floor needs a real cleaning, overall needs a deep clean/ paint touch ups. Could use some curtains in addition to the wi does with just blinds that do t close all the way o. The back patio overlooking the pool too.
