  • This elegant 13th floor condo features a spacious open floor plan with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 1427 square feet with a 141 square feet patio space and magnificent Gulf View, perfect for watching sunsets you will never forget. The fully-equipped kitchen offers a full range of cookware and has a standard drip coffee maker. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a newly remodeled master bathroom with a custom shower and a luxurious bath tub. The 2nd bedroom has 2 queen size beds and a guest bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedrooms are carpeted, living room has luxury vinyl plank flooring, hallway and kitchen has tile floors. This unit will sleep 6 people.

Beach, water, weather, restaurants all great The tv’s were outdated and saw not able to watch tv in master bed. The floor did not feel clean and master bath was outdated. However, we still had a great time but would like a more updated room next time. We will try to reserve earlier. Thank you.

Worn out carpet , mismatched furniture, uncomfortable bed , small cheap t. v. s with remotes not working . Will probably stay here again but not in #1303 thanks
