Can I just say WOW!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Let me start by saying that the pictures of this unit do not do it justice! Unit 1002 is absolutely beautiful! This unit is very well furnished with great vibes and great decor. The views are Stunning! It definitely exceeded my expectations! Now the real stuff: The Kitchen, Bathroom, and Closets are very well stocked with basic necessities and many extras that are not listed in the description. From past condo rental experience, I brought many of my own things but didn't really need most of it here. The owner thought of everything! The Unit was very clean and well organized. The office staff was friendly and very professional. They were a great source of information and extremely helpful, especially when booking the rental. Excellent Customer Service and Communication!Although the Beach Chair Rental is handled by a different Company, their team worked diligently to accommodate guests staying at the Coral Reef. Austin and KJ were the best!I am almost afraid to give The Coral Reef and Unit 1002 such a great review.. for fear that I won't be able to book it again in the future due to lack of availability! I will definitely be returning!

Definitely gave a beach vibe, the balcony gave gorgeous views, and the quietness of the entire complex rejuvenated our souls! This was my second stay at the Coral Reef, and I actually toured the five units that were for sale, put in an offer on one, and hope to be a Coral Reefer very soon!!

Reviewer Comments: The condo location was nice and quiet,beach decor throughout entire condo, comfortable,beach and water was beautiful, balcony definitely served it's purpose to spot dolphins in the ocean,could have been cleaner,seen dirty spots and a piece of a potato chip on tables when we got there,I would say this was the only negative thing to say..overall enjoyed it!

Masterbedroom bed not so good .Overall the condo was clean but the floors were not, we all had black feet from going barefoot inside, maybe next stay will be better

We have stayed here for many years. This stay was not the cleanest.. I am assuming only clean towels were placed and clean linens were put on the bed. There was sand and trash in the floors and neither toilet was clean! My mother was in another room and that room was the same. There was empty plastic coke bottles under the beds.

This was the "homiest" beach home that I have ever had the privilege of renting. This could be shown in a "beach living" magazine. The owners thought of EVERYTHING. It was truly a home away from home. We did not want to leave. Already thinking about next year!! Staff was very friendly and so pleasant to work with. They answered all of my questions and were very informative aboutthe area.

Nice stay, but...

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We was happy with our stay for the most part. It wasn’t clear on the property information that the jacuzzi tub doesn’t work. Office felt by changing Jacuzzi Tub to just Tub on amenities was good enough. However, the picture of the tub is misleading. Sadly we didn’t find this out until we arrived. Electrical outlets need updating. We had to constantly re-plug our devices to get charging to work. Front door was not sealed well, which caused a whistling sound when the wind was high. Talked to person at the counter and they said they would get someone to look at it, but that never happened while we was there. We stayed a week.
