I traveled last minute to this location with my 4 children. The host was very nice and friendly. The room was exactly like the pictures! The view of the ocean was absolutely amazing! Everything was very clean and up to date! The host communicated with me throughout the entire trip. She provided very useful information daily! The check in and check out process was very easy! This is the perfect location. Seconds away from the beach and the best pizza spot in PCB (Zollo’s Pizza) was right across the street…

Excellent resort with an exceptional host. Cynthia went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed to make our stay as enjoyable and relaxing as possible. Our stay was amazing and having the ocean view was the best part. Every morning and evening we sat on the balcony to soak it all in. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The size is tight for a family of 6 but we made it work! We would stay again in the future.

Steps from the beautiful beach!

This was our first time to PCB. It did not disappoint! We travel to The Bahamas to get this experience but here it is right in the ole US! Perfect place for our beach vacation. Host was super helpful and communicative! Loved the facilities. Kareoke and bingo in the Skye bar was a kick!

Five stars are not enough. The property was outstanding! The room was exceptionally clean and Cynthia, the property owner, was very accommodating. The view is everything you want it to be, and the location is central to everything. I highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for an oceanfront view.

Wonderful First Visit

We truly enjoyed our visit to PCB and this condo. Cynthia is wonderful to work with and is always there if you need anything. The condo has everything you need and is exactly as described. Within walking distance to restaurants and ice cream. Sharks was our favorite and don’t miss out on the homemade ice cream across the street it’s delicious!! We’ll definitely stay with Cynthia on our next visit.

Condo was clean, has a great location where restaurants, convenience store, ice cream shops, etc. are in walking distance. Great resort with inside bar, live music, ice cream shop, gift shop, Starbucks. Condo provides all essentials including beach towels and beach toys. Kitchen well stocked. Beds are comfortable. One smart TV in the living room but only Basic cable in bedroom (would need to bring a Roku or something if needed). Wireless signal is also fairly weak. Items not provided you may want to bring - small, plastic bowls for chips/popcorn for small children and Tupperware for taking fruit and such to the beach and storing leftovers. The host is personable and very much available. We had no issues and will rent from this host again.

Spring break family trip

Our family came down for the weekend at the end of our spring break. It was also my oldest son’s 18 th birthday! He was hoping to go out deep sea fishing but it was double red flag all weekend. He did get to go out in the bay for a bit. Cynthia was above and beyond a great host. She was in constant communication and made sure we were happy all weekend! I will definitely stay with her again! Beautiful condo with great location

The condo was exactly as pictured and perfectly curated for an easy beach vacation! Cynthia is an amazing host and makes your stay a breeze. The location to restaurants and Pier Park were perfect for us. We enjoy walking and only moved the car twice to go shop. Already planning when we can go back and stay there again!

Clean room with a great view

Cynthia couldn't have been better to work with. The condo was as promised and the view of the ocean couldn't have been better. The premises was a little tired but the condo itself was great. The location was good too within walking distance to the pier shops and a lot of good restaurants. We will be back.

Anniversary Trip

This is our 4th year of coming to PCB for Anniversary and our second year in a row of staying here, our stay was Awesome. Cynthia is an excellent host!! Always prompt to answer any questions and provide help with knowledge of the area. When we were researching places to stay this year my wife saw the tall back chairs on the deck and said isnt that the place we stayed last year and had me book it again on the spot. This is the best place my wife and I have stayed in Panama City Beach, can’t wait to come back again next year.

Excellent stay

This condo was absolutely beautiful, with great location and was everything and more we could have asked for. Property manager was very helpful with food recommendations, and she was great with communication from the start of the finish through our last day. Would definitely recommend this property.
