  • ABOUT THE HOME: This comfortable end unit condo with beautiful sunset views of the gulf has been remodeled, creating an idyllic setting for an unforgettable vacation! This condo can sleep up to 6 thanks to a plush new king size bed in the master, a queen bed in the guest bedroom, and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The master bedroom and the living room open onto your spacious balcony where the view of the ocean is stunning. The master bath has a newly renovated shower with glass enclosure and there is an additional full guest bathroom with a newly renovated tub/shower that is connected to the guest bedroom. Gulf front views from the large and spacious living/dining/kitchen area are fabulous through the floor-to-ceiling windows leading out to the large balcony.

    Beach toys provided in the owners closet to help make your beach vacation simple and fun.

    There is a fully equipped kitchen with all utensils, dishes, pots and pans you would need if you want to stay in and cook. The condo also has a washer and dryer.

    ABOUT THE AREA: Emerald Isle has 2 large gulf front pools one of which indoor and outdoor and it is seasonally heated in addition to a large hot tub. The gym offers views of the gulf as far as the eye can see with sauna for a perfect end to your workout. You can also find an onsite pavilion with BBQ grills. Whether it's strolling on the beach, snorkeling, parasailing, or fishing, close by you'll find opportunities to enjoy everything there is to do in, under, above, or on the water.

    HOA REQUIRED FEE: Upon arrival parking and pool passes must be purchased at the main office located on the 4th floor and must be displayed at all times. Passes are $40 per space for the duration of your stay.

    Home Truths:
    - Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
    - Guests must be 25 years or older to book this home.

    Parking Details:
    - Guests enjoy secure covered parking in the parking garage below the units or an adjacent covered overflow parking with a covered walkway to the 3rd floor, with access to four large modern elevators.
    - Please note only one parking space provided between Memorial Day and Labor Day.

    This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

    As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

    Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

    There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

    As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

    IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.

The unit was very well designed and furnished. Also, the balcony was the best we have ever had - very spacious! Furnishings were tasteful and rehab was well thought out. We want to go back soon.

The view from the balcony was awesome. The condo was clean but there are quite a few lightbulbs that need replaced. Working with the host to get beach chair service as described in the condo description turned out good. Overall, we are pleased with our stay.

Such a great condo!!!

Such a great condo with beautiful views!!! My friends and I had the best stay at this condo. It was steps away from the beach, clean, and provided everything we needed! 30a beach girls help me have a margarita bar set up and treat bags for all my friends. Definitely will come back again!

Very clean. Decorated well. It was misleading that this unit came with an assigned spot but it did not so the wording needs to be updated to better explain that. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed this condo and property. Only complaint from my crew was that the second bedroom bed was uncomfortable and squeaked every time they moved.

Great place!

Overall experience was great. We been to this condo before but a different room. The condo was clean and had beautiful decor. Only complaint was i wish the floor was wash because our feet was black from walking around the condo. Also, wish the weather could of been better but that not something the comapny can do about it. Again, overall it was another good vacation to panama city beach.
