Beautiful condo and perfect location

This condo is gorgeous! It is super clean and beautifully decorated. The beach view is amazing and location is perfect. Beach was not over crowded and loved having covered parking. A great family atmosphere!

Very nice

Very nice location. Beautiful views of the beach. Easy access to the beach. The host is very nice and response quickly to message. I would most definitely stay again. The only thing that is missing is a wine bottle opener.

Beautiful View

Best view on the beach! We could lay in bed and still see the ocean and beach. Beautifully decorated deck and interior of the condo. Helen was great about communicating with you about anything. 10 out of 10!!!!

Beautiful Condo!!

Condo is very nicely appointed. The two king bedrooms make traveling with another couple much easier. The location has a great view of the ocean and parking is fairly easy. Helen was quick to address questions before and during our stay. She was friendly and helpful.

Great location, Great property

The unit was great and had most everything we needed. The parking fee is steep (no fault of the unit owner). Parking is also very tight, especially for SUVs.

3 years in a row - PERFECT

It’s all about the view for us. 8th floor balcony with a view of sunrise to sunset overlooking that emerald gulf is WONDERFUL. Condo location is just outside the busy beach traffic so you can get from it to Beach Blvd very easily for quicker routes to your dining destinations. This unit is amazingly nice. Decor, appliances, and furniture was great.

This property was just how it’s described in the comments. The condo is decorated to the tee. The view from the balcony takes your breath way. We enjoyed sitting out there eating breakfast and lunch. Helen communicate with you whenever you texted her.

Overall the unit was very nice. Well appointed. Great location in relationship to the elevator. Beach chairs was a huge bonus. Beach service was very helpful. We had a few issues with the unit and was expressed to the owner. Maintenance was able to fix one of the issues, but the oven was not working while we were there. The oven was a big inconvenience for preparing meals. Would recommend to others.

Kitchen offered everything needed to cook a few meals. Really enjoyed having 4 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas! Love the easy beach access. We have rented from Helen many times and she provides exceptional customer service every time! Love the convenience and charm of the Carousel Market down the street a bit. Drove over to enjoy the various shops on 30a. We always visit Seaside to shop and stop at Modica Mkt. for a cold drink and snack. Lots of cool shops. My grandkids love Central Square Records above Sundog Book Store. Ate at Hurricane Oyster Bar in Grayton Beach for a light dinner. Not too expensive. Can't wait to come back!
