This condo has the perfect location, view, and amenities. It was very comfortable. The pool is very nice. Beach had easy access . Just perfect!

Beautiful condo right on the beach. Two beds were broken down and need a little tlc and all the elevators were broken down so we had to use the stairs. Other than that it was close to everything we were wanting to do. Very quiet atmosphere and not crowded. Parking was tight in the parking garage.

Coffee Pot was broken upon arrival. Carol was awesome and had a replacement within 30 minutes. We enjoyed the condo and the location. The master suite bed could use an upgrade, but other than that everything was great.. We would definitely stay here again.

Just what we were looking for!

We could not have been happier with the accommodation. We loved the location and the views were absolutely beautiful. Our stay was for two months and can't wait to get back there. Also just wanted to add that the staff at the Ocean Reef were very extremely nice and very helpful. Thank you so much for a great time.

Loved my stay

Very nice condo .plenty of room for our large family . The beds were very comfortable , slept great the whole week I was there . Only complaint would be is the parking is very tight for a large suv . Other than that was 100 percent satisfied .

Great experience

We had a wonderful vacation at this location. The condo was clean, roomy and well stocked. The location was walking distance to restaurants and family fun across the street. The communication with management was easy and professional. The parking was not an issue at all. I look forward to coming back with my family. Thanks for an awesome stay.

Great Property - Responsive Owner to Maintenance Requests

Great location, nice condo. There were a few issues that needed to be addressed upon arrival (running toilet, non-flushing toilet, broken bed frame) that were fixed right away. Also found some small roaches; the owner had a pest control company there within a day. Everything else was great. I would go back again.

Son’s Birthday Trip

Everything was great! Pictures do no justice. The condo looks way better in person than on the pictures! Great beach view! Everything was neat & clean. The only problem we had was we got stuck in the elevator for 30 Mins. Other than that! I’ll definitely book again!

Family Getaway

We had a great stay at Sugar Shores. The unit had everything we needed and the location was in walking distance to some restaurants. Having to only walk up one flight from the reserved parking spot was perfect. The facility did have one elevator not working which caused for long wait times for the other two. Responses from the owner and property manager were timely for any questions we had about the property.

Wonderful!

We had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect and the floor is just high enough for great beach views and taking our luggage up. The unit is 1 floor above parking and overflow parking is on the same level. The only minimal comment was that it's probably time to replace mattress' but it was doable. It's hard to know unless you sleep on them. The check-in was a breeze and all the staff were friendly. We would definitely go back!

The beach location was beautiful and the condo was average. It was a bit outdated and the furniture was very used/stained. Overall an okay stay, biggest complaint is the mattresses in each of the rooms were horribly uncomfortable and caving in the middle. Be prepared to bring your own toiletries. Only 1 toilet paper per bathroom, definitely not enough for 8 guest for a week’s stay.

Very spacious condo

My family of 8 stayed here last week. We had 6 adults and 2 15 year olds and had more than enough room. The balcony has great views and plenty of space. The kitchen is well stocked. It was very covenient to have a washer dryer in the unit. Parking is tight especially for large vehicles, but if it is too tight, you can park across the street. The owner is easily reachable and even contacted us after checkin to make sure everything was in order. The staff at the facility are very friendly.i would definitely stay here again.

Overall good experience

This property overall was good, the beach front view of the water is great, enjoyed the big tv with apps, kitchen was good size, good to have wash and drier inside the unit, parking garage is super small and narrow, no way to make any corner without backing up….. height is super low in the garage to so be aware…. You do get an assigned spot in the garage but that’s a small spot in terms of narrowness! Would definitely try to book here again!

Sugar Shores

We had an amazing time at Sugar Shores, Unit 601. Dr. George was easy to reach and responded quickly. We had no issues while at the condo. It is spacious, was very clean and had plenty of kitchen items and bath towels available. One thing to note when renting the condo is that a beach wagon/cart is provided by the owner (it can be found in the master bedroom closet). There are no luggage carts on the property.

Roaches

This building has an infestation with roaches. I did ask the lady if this was a problem considering right when we entered one ran across. Of course she said no but we seen more and they came over and sprayed raid. Lol place was nice and looked clean though. Veiw was nice as well.

Family Vacation

Condo was as described. We like the location close to town but far enough away from crowds. The unit does need some updating. The beds in the 2 small bedrooms are terrible. The couches are rough and dirty. We used blankets on them. Unit needs some pest control also.

Girl Trip with daughters

They was mold and mildew in the main bathroom. A couple pieces of the furniture was barely holding it together. Beds very comfortable!!! Kitchen equipment was stocked. View was nice, condo staff was very nice. The lock box with check in papers was not locked and partly open. The lady said she was call next day to check in with us and did not, roach in cabinet with plates. Toliets ran constantly and very load at night.
