7th Annual Girls Trip

We had a fabulous time at the beach thus year. Overall the condo was great and would definitely stay again. A couple of things could be fixed (floor in kitchen and master shower for soap, add toilet paper holder, dryer snags clothes, minor things) The condo was clean but I noticed a couple spots wnere counter wasnt scrubbed well and there was dust on bathroom floor and ubder bed. Not a vig deal and was able to take care of it quickly. The beds were awesome and being close to the parking apot was great! We had a great time and cant wiat to book again!

Great Condo and good location.

Would definitely stay here again! Putt putt and go carts right across the street . Plenty of places within walking distance. Local Steamer has some of the best fresh seafood to get and bring back to the room . 10 min walk to Senior frogs , 12 min to sharkees, and there is a restaurant next store to the condo . Rooms were as advertised and plenty of space and a huge balcony and caught a nice ocean sunset . My family misses it already .

The Prefect Location

I recently stayed at the Ocean Reef Condo in Panama City Beach, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The condo is oceanfront, and the views from the balcony were absolutely stunning—perfect for enjoying morning coffee or watching the sunset.The unit itself was spacious and comfortable, with four well-appointed bedrooms and three clean, modern bathrooms. It easily accommodated our group without ever feeling crowded. The living area was cozy and inviting, and the kitchen came fully equipped, which made it easy to cook meals when we didn’t feel like dining out.The only minor suggestion I would make is that the sofa in the living room could be replaced, as it showed a bit of wear. However, it didn’t take away from the overall comfort and enjoyment of the space.The resort amenities were great as well—easy beach access, a nice pool, and a secure, peaceful atmosphere. We also appreciated the convenient location, close to restaurants, shops, and attractions.Overall, I highly recommend this condo for families or groups looking for a relaxing beachfront getaway in Panama City Beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful location, very nice condo, but NOT CLEAN

The location was amazing, this condo has wear and tear and could be an amazing place. FILTH, so dirty. Dust everywhere. The beds have not been cleaned under in ages. There was still breakfast food droppings from the previous renters on the table and bench at the table. The stove and counter were so dirty. Left over toothpaste in the sink in master bath, toothpaste spit on the mirrors. Fingernail clippings on the joint bathroom. The entry carpet rug was not even vaccumed. Soap scum on the master bath sink. The base boards haven't been touched. This unit was not at all cleaned prior to our arrival. After calling the number they send people over to clean which was not done correctly so we cleaned ourselves. 275 cleaning fee, can not be justified here. After the cleaning people left we stripped the beds in fear that the bedding wasn't changed and we washed that ourselves. THE MATRESSES ARE DISGUSTING, horribly stained. And the pillows are all stained as well. The headboard in the queen room wasn't even bolted tight. There was dog hair all over the sofa and it smelled like wet dog. The owner needs to take a walk through this unit, strip the beds and pillows and see exactly what is going on with the cleaning service. We didn't let this ruin our trip, the condo was a good price and can be amazing. This is an honest review. I've taken photos.

Below expectations

The property was in a good location but the room was not clean and was far below expectations. The top bunk bed was broken, dust everywhere, and there was a musty smell the whole week. The worst part about our stay was that there was dog hair everywhere, and considering that one of the people in our party is severely allergic, we will not be back. Additionally, there was a sock found on the floor when we arrived that was from a previous group, and the floor was gritty from sand before we ever went to the beach. There was sand in one of the beds before anyone has slept in it, and we had to wash, sweep, and deodorize the unit before we could even settle in.

Amazing Condo!

My family and I were absolutely Blown Away from the magical views and perfect condo. This was our favorite vacation condo we have ever stayed at and we can't wait to come back! The property managers and security were wonderful And the owners were super nice and very accommodating. We liked it so much we extended our stay by 2 days

Paradise for a week

We had a wonderful stay in the Gulf Pearl @ Ocean Reef. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for our group. The unit was clean upon entering, balcony was large and the view was the BEST! Dr. George responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had and was very informative on things to do on double red flag days! The ONLY negative we had (which it was mentioned in booking) it they are strict on the 4 o'clock check-in. We got into town around 11:30am and spent our time at Pier Park and then Runaway Island (next door) until check-in time, so we were still soaking up PCB :)

A wonderful stay in a beautiful condo and resort.

After a we reaching thousands of condos I found the Gulf Pearl at ocean reef and even after search more and more I kept coming back to the gulf pearl at ocean reef. It was the perfect size for our 8 guests. We loved the large couch and the large table. The rooms were good sized. I did read a review that said they wish they had more hooks in the bathrooms so I did purchase and bring some over the door hooks with me and i donated them to the condo. I also donated some boogie boards in the deck box on the balcony. The kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed and the blender and the pots/pans/skillets were also nice. I couldn’t find a baking sheet other than a muffin tin and i couldn’t find the cutting boards until the last day but those are minor. The condo unit is very nice. The building is also nice. We didn’t wait long for elevators and it was in a nice equal distance from sights and restaurants. The location also allows cut through to back beach rd and middle beach rd to help make maneuvering easier. The traffic is terrible everywhere. Beach chair rentals are available outside the condo in the beach but they’re $50 per day. That’s ALOT. it’s not run by the condo though. Security staff was on point. The pool strictly closes at 10:00. So be aware.

Great Place

This condo was perfect for us. There were 7 adults. We all had plenty of room. Really liked the parking spot for the unit was only one floor below. The furnishings and everything were nice. The location was great could walk to anything you needed. Would looked into staying here again on our next trip to PCB

Excellent vacation!

The condo, beach and scenery was incredible! We had a small problem and the owner contacted the staff and it was cleared up very fast! Highly recommend. We had a wonderful time!

Great location but had a couple of issues

The location is great, and the building is nice. This unit was probably updated not too long ago, but much of the furniture showed alot of wear. Two of the bedrooms are small, with one having little to no room on the floor for suitcases. We had married children who couldn't make the bedroom work for 2 people. The other bedroom had bunk beds but they were a little shaky. So my son slept on the couch. Bedrooms had only 1 nightstand--made it difficult to charge phones and have them nearby. The manager was great--our washer was broken but she quickly worked it so that we could use a washer in another unit. We had a good time, but the bedroom situation was a bummer as my son didn't get good sleep.

Overall great stay

Our group enjoyed our time. I feel like it had all the space we needed. 1 room was tight quarters but only 1 person stayed in that room, so it wasn't a problem for them. The large table was great for our game nights. The only issues any of us had was cleanliness. Every bathroom had hair left in the floor and stuck to the sides of the toilets. There were a couple hairs found on toilet seats. The master bathroom had toothpaste still in the sink. One of our friends ended up stepping on a small piece of glass by the table. I found another piece later on. That's my only qualms though. The cleaning person(s) need to do better or be replaced. Overall, we would definitely stay here again. The location was great. There weren't many condos by ours. So you almost feel like you have the beach to yourselves. Still close to a lot of great food options though. Definitely go to the donut joint across the street. You will thank me!

Great couple getaway

We had 4 couples that stayed here for the weekend. It was a great getaway, location was convenient and an easy walk down to the beach. The layout of the condo was nice for couples. Only complaint was that we could not get the AC to go below 77 but it was extremely hot outside.

Good property but bring your own sheets

The property itself was as described and had a beautiful view, beach area, and pool. However, the sheets and pillowcases on the beds seemed to be the wrong size and had many stains. I only noticed after sleeping on it the first day, so I had to wash the sheets and use some of my own blankets. I would recommend the property as long as you bring your own bedsheets, blankets, and pillows.

2023 Graduation vacay

We had a great time and the condo was perfect for our needs! The communication with properly mgr? was great! Not sure why we had to go 10 minutes down the road to pick up the paperwork to check in, especially when everything else seemed on auto. But it was ok, Carolyn was wonderful to give thorough step by step directions & answer all my questions. Glad there was a Walmart nearby for groceries and other supplies. The condo had everything, it seemed, except cookie sheets to bake our fries on and no pot holders But we had foil and made our own and used towels for pot holders. We’re so grateful that that was the worst of it, it was such a nice condo and great location! We’d definitely recommend the 2nd week in August… very few crowds and at times we had the pool to ourselves. The wagons in the rooms were SO HELPFUL!! We used these so much to get all our stuff up to the condo and also when we had to stock up on groceries for the week. They also had fans which we brought our own, but so nice that a place actually thought of that!
