Our three-bedroom lockout unit is the perfect option for families and guests looking for all the comfort and conveniences of home – this property has everything you need.. Seahaven Beach Hotel penthouses have the best views and include a king in the master bedroom, two queens in the 2nd bedroom and two bunks in the third bedroom. The room is fully equipped with household essentials like basic cookware, linens, and a washer and dryer.
    A $500 refundable security deposit is required, or you may choose to purchase the $55 damage insurance instead

This was a good stay for the price! Private beach access and pool! It is a little outdated, carpets just need to be replaced and one of the bunk bed mattresses need replaced also! But over all we were happy and plan on coming back next summer!

Very dirty and needs work. Pictures are definitely very old. Water damage, floor damage, wall damage, kitchen sink water smells like fish

Great stay for the price!

Plenty of space in the condo! Located perfectly on front beach road. A little dated and needs a good cleaning but for the most part it was a great stay!

Day trip for 4th of July

We have 2 disable girls and it is very difficult for them on the beach - your condo allowed for them to enjoy the festivities from the windows and balcony - We felt at home with all the amenities offered

Place could definitely use a Better cleaning job. The long hairs in the shower, lint trap in dryer was SO over full it wouldn’t dry clothes, washer had sand in it. They did leave a vacuum which was nice but it didn’t suck anything up oh and cob webs were very off putting. The broken chair in livingroom was gross but that was actually replaced the day before we checked out and left outside the room in the front. Overall was decent but glad I didn’t pay more than I did for the place or I would have been upset.

When we pulled up to the building, we were very disappointed. The place is dingy, outdated, unkept, and dirty. But upon entering our penthouse room, we were captivated by the wall to wall windows of ocean view. The living space area is big and spacious. Our family of 9 people plus one dog, spent a lot of time in the space. The description noted only 1 bathroom, but it’s actually 2. So we were pleasantly surprised with that. The beds were comfy. And the AC is powerful, nice and cold. The stove range bottom drawer is filthy with sticky oil. Making the kitchen smell horrible. Some of the cups had lip prints, so we made sure to wash everything before use. There wasn’t enough kitchen towels nor was there cleaning supplies. The windows, although the star of the show, had bird feces on the outside. Definitely outdated and falling apart in many areas. The carpet is ripping, the tub had scrapes and clogged when used. But, for the price it’s fair. Also, allowing dogs was a big plus! My pooch had the best weekend of his life. The guests of the property are kinda “trashy” if I’ll be honest. Lots of smokers, even on the beach. And screaming at their little kids using profanity. The market across the street was super convenient. Be sure to bring an eye mask as the skylight in the master bedroom will wake up you up at sunrise. Also be sure to get a parking pass from the lobby, as that was not instructed in my checkin email. Overall we had a blast!
