The home gave a great first impression, however we quickly began to notice some housekeeping issues. Dirty floors, stained carpet, a lighter left on the window sill and an empty plastic water bottle under the bed. On the 5th day of our stay my daughter noticed water in the floor beside the fridge and we pulled it out and their was excessive mold on the wall. I contacted the rental agent and their initial response was to offer a refund on our cleaning fee and they sent someone out, upon his arrival he told us this was a pre existing condition and that it was supposed to have been taken care of. He then noticed that the leak had spread into the adjoining bunk room where my son and his family were sleeping. I then had to text back and forth the rest of the day because no one would answer the phone and I could not locate their office. Finally at around 8pm on New year's eve we were offered the option to relocate for the final two nights of our stay. The unit we selected was managed by Monica who was AWESOME. However nothing was ever done to compensate us for the days we were subjected to unhealthy conditions.
