Get away with friends.

The bathroom toilets had not been cleaned. Floors were not mopped. We had to clean the property ourselves before we felt comfortable staying because it was so nasty. But other than that we enjoyed our stay… cleaning staff needs to do better!

EXCELLENT

My family and I had the best time at the Laketown Wharf and we are definitely going to be returning to this same condo or any other unit managed by Aneliya. The kids below 10, teens, and adults have left with something to brag about. Condo was spacious enough for 10 of us, and clean. Our host communicated with us every step of the way since booking till checkout. We will be back!

Family Vacation 2022

Plenty of room in the unit. Dryer either does not work or works poorly. We ran towels three times and could not get them to dry, just ended up putting them on the chairs of the balcony. Property was great, only negative was the elevators which were horrible, sometimes waiting 45 minutes for elevators-not walking 20 floors.

Dirty Dirty Dirty

When we arrived about 8:30 - 9pm last night, we were extremely disappointed when walking into the condo. These are the items of disappointment: 1. Candy bar wrappers in the living room floor 2. Food crumbs under the couches 3. No dressers to place our clothes in any of the rooms 4. Hard cheap mattresses with thin quilts and no extra blankets 5. Wet spot on the floor in one of the bedrooms that smelled of urine 6. Dirty walls with fingerprints 7. Windows that are covered with fingerprints and dirty 8. Ceiling fans with dust 9. Refrigerator with food crumbs still in it 10. No place for iPhone charging in one of the bedrooms 11. Stolen pictures off the bedroom walls with screws just hanging there 12. Mattress fitted sheet on the bed was the incorrect sizing and is loose and uncomfortable when you sleep on it 13. Light in master bedroom has a broken switch and can’t be turned on 14. Broken kitchen cupboard hinge 15. Sand and crumbs on the balcony porch 16. When I was finally able to go to the off site location to get my parking pass and bracelets I found several envelopes including mine tape to the door with my hotel and room # on them. Anyone that is dishonest could have used this to steal our passes as well as know where we were staying. There seemed to be a lack of customer privacy and security. We went to Walmart to purchase blankets which was an unknown expense. If we would have known we needed to bring our own bedding, then we would have. We have paid $5,000+ for our stay at Laketown Wharf Resort and with this amount of money we expected a much better facility. It has been the worst night's sleep our family has had in a long time. We feel completely lied to on the VRBO website. The pictures looked like they were adjusted with photo shop for the website. For this amount of money, we could be sleeping in much better mattresses and large down comforters.

Property was nice, elevator situation less than nice but we were forewarned in rental info. My 3 star rating for check in process reflects the elevator issues. Overall we had a great week at the beach!

Great room bad facility

Renting the top floor of a 20 floor high rise would be ok if the elevators moved more quickly and the parking garage was more convenient to elevator. The manager closed the pools at the drop of a hat. We were missing pull out couch sheets and would be nice to have grill on back porch. Nice location near Pineapple Willy’s. Would be better if you did not have to cross the street right near entrance. Creates road block. Not well planned .

Good but not Fancy

The property itself was kind of on the low end of the scale. Pools were nice. The umbrellas were limited and they don't come ask for drink orders or anything like that. One place to get drinks by the pool and it was just ok. The light show was so silly I'm not sure why they advertise much for that. The beach access was easy and convenient but to say that it's not public access is silly. Anyone and everyone can access the beach there. The location was perfect for us because the Walmart was walkable and the beach was close. The unit we stayed in was great, clean and had all the amenities we needed. The only things were the loud A/C unit makes it hard to sleep in bunk area and the curtains in the living room and master bedroom were not good enough to keep out the light for a solid sleeping experience. All in all, I'd give it a 6.
