The condo looks exactly like the pictures on the website. It is clean, beautifully decorated with huge windows in every room. The view is amazing. Communications with the property manager is super easy and clear.

Just as described gorgeous views of the beach. If I would have known Panama City beach was this gorgeous I would have booked this trip years ago! Definitely would recommend staying in this condo close to pretty much everything. Place was clean and all appliances were working properly.

Clean, comfy and nice decor. We have stayed in this unit before and love it. We had a few problems with the washing machine. Might be time for a new one. Also, pest control should probably come more frequently. Also, a Keutig would be a nice touch. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and the host was quick to respond to any issues.

Family Getaway

We had such a great time! We loved the layout and decor of the condo. The extra wide sliding glass doors in the main family area was neat feature and allowed the sounds of the ocean in. The whole building was undergoing some updates (new glass in all condos) so we weren’t too concerned when the glass doors in the main area didn’t close all the way or lock. And the sliding glass doors in both bedrooms did not open either and the handles were broken. That was adjusted In our price when we booked the condo. The location was perfect! We could get to and from restaurants easily! The beach wasn’t crowded and neither were the streets but there was still plenty to do where we were. The pool was smaller than I thought and I missed not having a hot tub but we had a wonderful time and will definitely be back to rent this condo again!

Location and Beauty!

Walked in and was blown away with each step we took from the Amazing views! It was absolutely Perfect!! All of the views from every room, the balcony, the bedrooms, living and dinning room. We watched Dolphins every Morning off the balcony Sunsets, Perfect viewing! The entire Condo was clean and so comfy! My hubby and 2 teenage girls of 14 said I did good! We honestly didn’t want to leave and checked to see if there was availability for another week however there wasn’t. The Master bedroom and bath was so cozy. The pillow top on the master bed was Perfect! I honestly never wanted to retire and go to bed however when the long day was done, I couldn’t wait to go snuggle in the Perfect bed. It was so nice and slept like a baby. Hubby thought it was a little soft, but not me. The teenage girls absolutely loved there rooms! Plenty of room everywhere. Kitchen had everything we needed “except a muffin pan”, washer and dryer was perfect. Great water pressure, easy and fast Elevator but it was a little walk from the elevator to our room. The beach area was Nice. A little step to get to the water however once there and in the water, it was wonderful and worth it. We stayed 7 nights and it truly was Amazing! The fridge was Cold, ice was always available! I was a little sceptical about a few past reviews with the cleanliness because I’m a barefoot kinda gal however I had No probably with walking around with No socks or shoes. I felt at home and completely comfortable!! Thanks for sharing

Easter mini vaca

This condo was very spacious which was amazing when having 3 kids. The view was amazing as well. The cleanliness was not very good at all. As soon as we walked in i could see the walls and light switches were not very clean. The counter tops were a little dirty and the toaster was nasty. The floors had beach sand here and there and my little ones feet after running around the condo were black. There were spider webs in the master in the corner window as well as in the living room on the wooden accent. The sliding glass door that goes out to the balcony didnt close all the way and is actually broken and wont lock which was a safety hazard with have children. The glass panels also didnt seem very clean either. The sofas and seats in both bedrooms seemed dirty as well with stains. This condo would have gotten a 5 star rating if it were cleaned properly. I gave a 3 star rating only because of the actual view it provided and the spaciousness of the condo. Check out was at 10 a.m. and the cleaning lady tried to get inside the condo at 9 a.m.

Beautiful View, Wonderful Time

This unit exceded our expectations. It was clean well decorated and equipped. The view is incredible, full wall of windows. High enough to get a great view of the gulf, low enough to be able to see the beach and hear the waves. The building is from the 1980's and it isn't as nice as some of the newer ones, but once inside it is much better. We will definitely be back.

October at the beach

Construction!!! Be warned they are doing an 11wk construction project on the lower level on both west and east building. We were told 1 week prior to check in of this construction. We were on the 5 floor and could hear it- you could hear it at the pool and out on the beach, Mon- Fri 9a till 5p! The construction limits parking. Their were no outside lights on, on half the building and parking lot making it difficult to get into the condo at night. The condo itself was nice- could use some updates including new sliding doors that work properly; foyer light that works and outlet in the kitchen that works all the time instead of sometimes. Check in/ out was smooth/ easy. Condo was clean and ready on time.

Great view!

We have been Seachase renters on and off for many years. By far the best window views! Great, clean condo with plenty of bath towels for the family. And since the building complex is not a massive high-rise, the beach in front of it wasn’t overrun with people on Labor Day weekend. We would rent this unit again.

Every room gulf front. Views for days. 💕

We loved that all the rooms are facing the gulf...even the second bedroom. The views are incredible. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Easy check in/out. I would say the only downside, is the pool is quite small...but we rented beach service so spent most of our time on the beach. And since the units are wider than deep, the beach was never full in front of the condo. Definite plus! Also loved that it was close to everything, but still on the quieter end of PCB. Definitely would recommend this to friends and family.
