Overall it was good. Just FYI the tub isn't draining while showering, the ceiling fan makes a knocking noise, and the pullout couch bed is not comfortable to sleep on.

Well the king bed had a dip in the middle. The ceiling fan was the worst I ever heard. Woke us up every night sounded like someone was coming in. The sofa bed my 12yr wouldn’t even sleep on it it needs to be trashed.

Excellent location

Loved this room 816. It provided towels and washcloths for the week, plenty of kitchen accessories and lots of extras to get our week started. We have no complaints. It was just what we expected. Check I. And check out was seamless. Felt safe and at ease all week. We will be coming back again.

The condo was not as clean as it could have been(l own/operate a cleaning company)The closet also the pantry had a urine odor,the fridge did not work as it should.The communication was not there as we had no idea someone had come to check the fridge also the sleeper sofa needs a new mattress.lm not a complainer but this could have been things that could have been dealt with.The weather was perfect so there was that.

Spring Break

Great location. Not necessarily a "beach front view". Note, there is NO HOTTUB at this property! The only reason we chose this location was because we believed there to be a hot tub. The second day, the fire alarm went off and the entire building had to evacuate due to a fault in the system. The fourth day, pest inspectors came in and had to spray the unit.

Very nice

We had a couple of times that we had to get hold of the manager for a problem and they were right on it. I was really impressed with that. The only other thing that I didn’t like was there was no drawer space to put your clothes in. Right below the TV was a furniture cabinet of some sort that we used to put some clothes in, but it would have been better if there would have been a dresser there. The place was real pretty, clean and comfortable. We didn’t necessarily have an ocean view, like I thought we would have , but when you step out the back of “Top of the Gulf “ you walk into a very pretty pool and there is also a kiddie pool. Then there was a snack shop, but it was closed in the month of October, which is when we were there. Then you walk on out to the beach and it was snowy white, and the ocean was so blue.They provided 2 nice chairs and a large umbrella for you on the beach. They also had a shower there for you to wash off with so as to not drag the sand in. By the way, there is no hot tub there. I checked in with the people that worked in the office and also HOA and there is not a hot tub . What My manager was calling the hot tub was actually the kiddie pool. Also the pool is not heated. All in all I would recommend this place and we will definitely stay there again.

I wish that when a property say they have a hot tub that they actually do. The room was fine but the sheets had stains even the extra blanket was alarming. They do respond and a timely manner, i probably want stay again

Great vacation

Perfect place for a couple of ladies taking a little break.Kitchen was well equipped and bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was a bit small but the mirrors in the living room help with extra room for getting hair and makeup done.

Everything was ok except the fact when we got there to check in the lady at the desk had a smart comment to me when I asked was this where we checked in at, and the guy that was sitting back there with her said “your the only one that can get away with speaking like that” and he walked off. She asked for the 30$ and stated to me that she was “F’d up” she was slurring her speech and when my boyfriend and son came in to get their wristbands they told me that they could not understand the lady and I said yeah she told me she was “F’d up”. When we got to our room and walked in it smelled like a male cat had been in there spraying, we only had 1 roll of toilet paper and the tub needed to be replaced, there was cracks the tub and it made it seem like you was going to fall through while taking a shower. We made the best of the stay but I don’t think I will stay at top of the gulf again.
