Loved the condo….it was exactly as advertised. The view was spectacular! Would stay again! Maintenance was awesome and responded quickly to fix our hot water issue in one of the showers, fixed the tv issue and brought us a new toaster. The only downside was the cold weather. There was a great little Sunshine Cafe across the street!

Everything was wonderful. Working elevators that didn't make you wait forever like other places. Very clean condo and grounds/swimming pools. Loved the hot tub, nice and warm.

Pros:Location of Ocean VillaCorner unit with amazing views of the ocean and front beach roadVery quiet unit away from elevators and trash chute with very little road noiseEasy check in! Probably the easiest I’ve ever experienced Responsive management Large balconyNew stacked washer/dryerWell appointed kitchenComfortable guest bedParking was mostly across the street but easy access with skywalkWater pressure in showers was greatClean towels, sheets and beddingVery nice tvs (3)Cons:Carpet in bedrooms was very stained and dirty-needs to be removed and replaced with tile. Recliner in living room needs to be cleaned or trashed. Both shower curtain rods need to be replaced as they are rusted. Unit needs to be freshly painted. The decor is dated. Our friends in other units were provided two complimentary beach chairs and an umbrella as set up by the beach service for their entire visit. This particular unit does not offer that service. This condo is probably an income property. With a little refresh, it would be perfect. Definitely more pros than cons! We had a great vacation!

Breath taking views

The condo was close to every thing we like to do, the balcony was perfect. We were on the end of the building and it was very quiet. Beds were comfy, water pressure was great. Lots of cookware and storage bowls in the kitchen. Beach access was easy and the pools were very clean.

Great!

Second time staying here amazing time. Again just wish there was a way to lock the front door so my child not to be able to open so easily. Very worry some since staying on 18th floor.

The kitchen and living area are decent with standard condo furniture, worn but comfortable. Balcony furniture wasn’t overly comfortable and not what was pictured. Both beds are terrible. Probably the worst bed I have ever slept on. The mattresses might be made of papier-mâché and gravel. Appear to have been that way since February at least based on another review where management said they would address the bed and black mold concerns immediately. Both bedroom carpets are well worn. Both bathrooms have obvious black mold and deteriorating showers. This is what the property management calls exotic and luxurious on VRBO

Stayed in this building last year this time of year. Really liked it so we came back. Stayed in a different unit this year. Very nice.

Panama City beach

We like to stay the last week of feb. This is our 3rd year. Was a little worried about the non secure parking garage, but didn’t have any Problems. This was our first time at this particular resort and it was fine.

Great location

Enjoyed our stay. It definitely needs some TLC. Mattress in both bedrooms were horrible. I slept on the couch several nights.There was mold in the master bath when we got their. We cleaned it ourselves. Would be a great place with new paint and new mattresses.

Loved my stay

I try and stay at Oceanvillas every time I go to PCB and this condo didn’t disappoint! The location is awesome and the view from the balcony is amazing! Condo was exactly how it was described. Would stay again!

Family vacation

When arriving at the condo the first thing we noticed was the air conditioner was not working. Book that condo was notified upon arrival around 2pm. The Floors in the condo turned our feet black the moment we walked in. My mother had to vacuum and mop every floor in the condo. The mattresses on the beds were very uncomfortable, we even had to wash the sheets because they had a foul odor to them. Book that condo was notified again later in the afternoon due to the air conditioner not working and the condo was 80 degrees. Around 10pm someone showed up and temporarily fixed the air. On the second day we were told the air conditioner could not be fixed until the next week. We were given two portable air conditioners, in which case we couldn’t use the main entrance to our balcony. The condo lacks cooking pans and utensils.

Amazing Property!

"Home Away from home" The condo was in excellent condition, it exceeded our expectations! We had the best view of the ocean. We could not have asked for a better place to stay for our vacation and we will definitely book again. Thank you for being a part of the best experience of our lives!!

Nice Place

The location is wonderful. We walked everywhere we needed to go. The unit could use a little TLC. Painting/patch job in dinning area is visible, 2 lightbulbs were burnt out in the primary bathroom, the water filter in the refrigerator needs replacing, the ceiling fan in the primary bedroom makes noise and the wind whistles through the living room sliding glass door. I would think that these minor fixes could be addressed considering the price we paid for our stay.

Amazing balcony

Loved the location of this condo on the beach. Best views I’ve had in a condo on PCB. Loved sipping coffee in the am and drinking wine watching the sunset on the balcony.

inaccurate description of property.

The description and picture of said property were wrong. We were supposed to have gotten a three bedroom and three bath. We got a two bedreoom and two bath. vrbo would not listen let alone try and solve the problem. Tried talking to vrbo they hung up on me twice. A bar stool was broke almost causing one of our group serious injury. No cable for TV only streming that you have to pay for. The only help we got was from the nice lady at Rent that condo. I would suggest going strait to them first. I will never do VRBO again. Couldnt even understand the VRBO guy.

Overall it was a good location and great views.

Overall the condo was good and had a very spacious balcony. The location is in a good spot, walking distance from just about everything you would need including groceries. Even though it's an older building, more soundproof than other condos in the area. The management company, "Book that Condo", was great to work with, responsive, and took care of any issues. The cleaning people though, leave much to be desired, and we left it cleaner than when we arrived.
