This was a fabulous space for our family! Awesome location and very relaxing. The elevators were a bit of a challenge as expected but nothing too bad at all. One thing was that we had 2 younger kids and I wished I had a way to secure the front door a little bit more as there isn’t a deadbolt or chain lock. Just a paranoid mother fear! The door to the balcony was heavy and I didn’t have to worry about the kiddos getting out there alone though so that was awesome. We ended up eating at a lot of places within walking distance and didn’t really even need to leave the facility! The splash pad pool was amazing and never crowded. Having beach chair rental come with the property was AMAZING. Plus there were so many things to borrow included in the unit: boogie boards, chairs, beach toys. Thanks for a great stay!!

Beautiful room with beautiful views. Plenty of beach towels, boogie boards, and other staples to make your beach stay easy and relaxing. Hosts were very accommodating and punctual was the any needs we had.

Great views in a very comfortable condo

Everything was very clean and organized. We enjoyed our time very much. Apartment views beautiful and amenities were good. The apartment was stocked as described and there were complimentary cookies for the kids!We did not find the parking garage as easily as described there is no sign on the property showing garage. Found the zone to unload also small sign indicating the area. Using two elevators to get up to the apartment proved confusing found our way around but it was complicated. Checkout was a bit confusing as the text was not acknowledged by Ray when sent it on our departure. We left on time and we messaged the concierge who replied.

Fun family getaway

Absolutely great property. We had 8 adults and a teenager with room for a few more. Plenty of kitchen appliances. The balcony was smaller than we expected, but it was able to accommodate 6 with the furniture provided. There were beach chairs and toys available for use too. We had a wonderful time and will return when we get the chance!

Perfect Family Vacation

We very much enjoyed our stay at Emerald Beach. The condo was very large and comfortable for our family of 9. It was clean & had everything we needed for a week. The beach was lovely & having the chair/umbrella set-up was so nice. The 3 pools were all lovely, and our toddlers really enjoyed the zero entry pool. Having the tiki bars & shaved ice stands near the pools was very convenient too. The only issue we had was getting elevators on the Saturday we arrived as it was very crowded. After Saturday the elevators were fine. We liked that there were several restaurants nearby that we could walk too which was very convenient. We would definitely stay here again!

Great family trip

Me and my family stayed here for the Fourth of July. The unit was very clean, the host were easy to get in touch with, and the location was great and convenient. We could walk to several things. It did get a little crowded at times due to the holiday but everything about the unit itself and the host was wonderful

FL World Series

We were in town for a week for our son's baseball World Series. The location of this condo is great and the size is amazing. The condo is outdated which isn't the end of the world but is worth noting. We were only given 4 knives which is tough when you are cooking breakfast and lunch for 7 people. The TVs did not work unless you wanted to log into one of your own streaming services with the app already installed (it wouldn't allow us to download YouTube TV) - we had to borrow a fire stick from friends in order to watch the NBA finals. The beds were not particularly comfortable. All not ideal but manageable issues. Here is the real issue - this complex has major issues with the elevators - you will spend half of your trip waiting for an elevator or you can take 24 flights of stairs - your choice! We literally waited 45 min for an elevator!!! Don't check in or out anywhere near the listed times or you will wait even longer. There were only 4 working elevators in the best of times and each day at least one to two more would be offline and not working.

Great views!

The property was nice, very clean, had great views. The pool was nice and the beach chairs were a great option when the sun was to much. My only complaint would be the rowdy tenant above us partying tell 3 in the morning. Tina gave me a couple numbers to call but I had no luck with security. It went to a call center and it never got anything accomplished. Overall I would come back as this is the property’s fault not the condo itself.

Spring Break getaway

We had a wonderful stay at Emerald beach resortThe condo was huge, clean and beautifully furnished The view was breathtaking and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony drinking our morning coffee before heading down to the beach. We enjoyed long walks on the beach every morning and evening. Very conveniently located and we walked to a different restaurant every day!

Beautiful condo and even better views!

We had 10 people total stay and it was the perfect room. We have been staying in PCB for 14 years and at Emerald Beach/Wyndham for 4 of those years. This has been one of the cleanest, spacious and best viewed balcony that we’ve had! I wish the balcony was bigger but they are all the same at this resort so not the owners fault! Everything that you need is in this resort so you never even have to leave or walk far! Ray was great and super responsive the one time that we needed him during our stay. 10/10 will be back and recommend!

Beautiful area and condo. Had some challenges which caused us to miss out on several hours of vacation, and los of food due to fridge not working which was a bummer. The managers were very responsive and helpful which was greatly appreciated and assume they will have things fixed for next guests. Some of the dishes were not clean, batteries dead in remotes, and lamp not working, making for a dim room, and missing beach towel for registered guest. Location is great with beautiful beach, and close to restaurants within walking distance. Onsite and covered parking a plus. In the end, I would still recommend.

End of Summer Vacation

Property was just as described. Ray was so kind and let us in the property a little early which was wonderful with a baby. Rooms were very spacious and bathrooms were plentiful. Kitchen is well stocked (including rice cooker, air fryer, crock pot, both types of coffee makers and large pots for big families.) Getting to the beach and pools were super easy and the rental chairs and umbrella were an added bonus. Thank you for such wonderful memories. The sunsets off that balcony were worth every penny!
