Few items of concern 1. The listing did not state visitors are not allowed. (We have family in the area that were not able to come visit while on site)2.The pools were very crowded and dirty.3. The beach access was completely covered by vendor chairs and tents.(we had to walk past the property with all of our things to be able to setup chairs at the beach!) wildly misleading)4. The water backed up in the room every time it rained. ( It’s Florida in the summer it rains every day!) 5. The owner was very responsive and polite.6. Washer and dryer did not work.Just to name a few issues. All in all very disappointing.

Highly recommend

Condo was very clean. The whole place smelt great and looked as if it was staged for the pictures on the website. It's first floor which is definitely convenient. No waiting in crowed lines at the elevator. I will definitely make this our go to condo for our summer vacation.

Loved!

A great floor level condo!! It was so convenient not having to use the elevators and we could park right in front of our door! We like to experience different condos when we visit, but will definitely book here again. So cute and clean, we love the summit and bikini bobs too!

Great condo

The owner had great communication! The kitchen was well stocked so we didn’t have to eat out every meal. I appreciated having choices for a coffee maker. The little details were not overlooked. Only suggestion I have is looking into over the door towel racks so you can dry shower and beach towels.
