Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time in PCB, overall the condo was great! We love that it was on the 5th floor. Our only complaint is the elevators so it was nice to be able to take the stairs and not have so many flights of stairs to take. The condo had everything we needed and the owners seemed to stay in contact throughout the stay.

Family get away

Building was nice, staff was great!Elevators were frusteratingly slow. There weren't as many eateries or activitoes or shopping opportunities w/in walking distance as we would have liked.

Spring Break

Loved everything!!! The condo was very nice!! The bed was the most comfortable sleep i have ever had!! Great view!! Lived the beach and the beach services. We had an awesome stay!! 100% recommended. The elevators did take 4ever to get on sometimes, but overall perfect!!

Overall not terrible. The place was exactly as listed. It truly just needs some updates. TV’s were outdated and the smart TV didn’t work in the living room for streaming so only cable. WiFi didn’t work well. The floors were not clean and the couches had an odor. I will say the hosts were fabulous at communicating. They offered to come fix our coffee pot and gave info to have the WiFi checked out.

Great condo-exercise required.

Loved the layout of the condo & area. Will not come back due to chore of getting luggage from garage to room AND ridiculously slow elevators!!!! We took the steps A LOT!! Blackout curtains needed in one bedroom & dishwasher detergent door did not open!

The condo was nice but could use a deep clean. The carpet in the bedrooms was old and very dirty. The elevator was loud. The pillows on the bed smelled of another persons head. We washed the pekoe cases and laid the pillows on the balcony in the sun

Girl's Trip 2023

We had 7 women on our trip ranging from ealry 30's to early 40's and it was amazing! Tidewater is in the best location and has every amenity you can think of. The condo was plenty big enough for our group and super comfy. The elevators do have a wait, especially during peak hours, but being on the 5th floor made it easy to take the stairs! The staff was amazing and always friendly and helpful. Loved the pools and hot tubs and tiki bar. We had horrible weather and water the whole time while we were there but we still had the best time! Definitely would recommend this condo! Thanks for the amazing memories!!!!

Condo was great how ever the elevators were awful! 10 to 15 min wait every day..

Condo was beautiful. Clean. Great views. Check in the lady was not a happy person kind of crappy. The elevators sucked 10 to 15 min wait every day but over all the stay was nice. However I would not stay again only because the elevators were slow.. if they would upgrade the elevators I'd be happy to stay again. Never in my life been anywhere where the elevators were that slow

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Tidewater numerous times in the past, but always with the bedrooms on the ocean side, not the street side. This condo has the bedrooms not only on the street side, but in front of the elevator. I had read the reviews and they all said there was no problem with either of those, but they are wrong! We had no sleep they whole time we were there. This is a very nice condo!! But if you stay, make sure you bring good earplugs.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is tired. One of the toilets ran. One of the shower heads was nearly plugged. There is old dirty shad rugs in the bedrooms. One of the balcony chairs was ripped. The curtains were off the tracks. There were stains on the carpets and sofa.The location is great. The mattresses were comfortable.Some good TLC could make the unit desirable.Worst - the elevator would squeal loudly which is directly across from the unit. We purchased ear plugs to sleep. The building management were cooperative when we complained. The issue happened 5 or 6 times over our stay. We reported each time and it was serviced.

Reviewer Comments: First of all, upon arrival to Tidewater, we waited almost an hour to get an elevator to take us and our belongings up to floor 5. The elevators were a complete nightmare for the entire week. Our room was no where near clean. The floor still had sand on it and the bathroom floors had hair on them. I paid for this condo and expected to have a clean room. The shower did not drain, the bathroom sink did not drain, and the headboard was loose. On Monday, maintenance did come and fix the two drains, but it was terrible for 2 days. When paying a large sum of money to stay in a condo, I do expect to have a clean room and to have the drain flow. Very disappointed.

The unit was much bigger than we needed. But wanted the second bedroom. It was surprisingly quiet for being across from the elevators. Wished we were on a higher floor. Stayed on a higher floor once before and could see a lot of sea life. We were surprised that there were no condiments, not even salt or pepper. And no foil or plastic wrap. Beach service was a must! We are in our 70’s and don’t want to carry a bunch of stuff. Would stay in that unit again.

Condo had everything we needed, could use a renovation and purchase a Keurig, most popular coffee maker. Elevators were slow, but nothing to do with rental property. Keep in mind 30 floors and a lot of rooms so you are going to have a wait. You just need to be patient and don’t over pack for beach or trip. Note from a traveler.
