This condo was exactly as stated on the listing, very clean, it had everything we needed, spacious, rental chairs were incuded, great view of the beach, and a very short walk to the water. The elevators were clean and worked great, we walked to restaurants and a convenience store, they had music at the bar, karaoke, bingo, a gift store, ice cream and hamburger on site. Not sure about the pool we never made it. Will stay there again.

Loved the view

The room was great and very clean. The only issues we had were that it took too long to go up and down the elevator. And the pool by the beach was too crowded on the 4th. We came down around 9:30 am on the 4th and all of the chairs by the pool had towels on them and no one was sitting in them. Only a handful in the pool. There were several signs that chairs could not be reserved but this wasn’t enforced.

Beach bliss

Property is beautiful and clean, exactly as pictured! It was very easy to get in contact with the manager, they respond within minutes. Beach access was perfect, load up your things and hop on the elevator right outside your door- click B and you’re a few steps away! It is so nice and the view from the balcony is amazing.

Uncomfortable furniture

As a whole, it was very pretty. Entryway, queen bedroom, hall bed, kitchen and living room. The balcony was nice ocean view. Everything looked inviting. The couch wether just sitting on or using the pull out sleeper was so uncomfortable. We could feel each spring. Sitting on a pillow did not help. The queen bed was not good either. It offered no support, so we did not sleep well. The pillows besides the decorative ones were all very flat, so they could not be used for added support. The hall bed was comfortable though. The only comfortable place to relax was the livingroom chair. It all looked pretty, but it did not lend us a comfortable stay. The bathroom felt very dingy. There was black mold in the bath/ shower. It has cracked caulking all around. An overhead the ceiling tile was dark orange and brown from some sort of leak. The ceiling is very short so that ceiling tile right overhead was a major turn off and unsightly. It had a jetted tub, which was also moldy in the jets and around the bath/ shower border. The caulk was very old and cracked all around, making it feel unclean and not maintained. The only other thing is the balcony lock would not properly lock and we have a toddler, so that is a concern. Only 1 elevator worked so we often waited almost 10 minutes at times. Beach was lovely, but very crowded and our beds were taken our first day. Overall, pretty place. Needs some tlc in bathroom and new furniture. Otherwise nice placw to stay. Compared to.other places.

Beautiful condo

Beautiful condo in a perfect location. Very clean and had everything we needed to spend a week. The host, Liv Vacations, made the booking process simple and their staff was very professional and quick to respond to questions. My husband and I have stayed at Emerald Beach Resort once or twice a year for several years now, and Nans Nest is by far our favorite condo. I will definitely book this room going forward.

Great Place to Stay on the Beach

The communication with the host was great. They ae very detailed on everything. The place was very clean and beautiful. The bed and all the furniture was very comfortable. The washer and dryer was a nice thing to have to pack lighter. Close to a few places to eat on the beach. The only thing on check in was that it was a little confusing finding which tower wo go to as we went across the street to the check in counter and they were not helpful at all and were very rude. Once we found the room it was all good from there. You have no need to go to the front desk just use the code the owner provides you. Will stay again!

Great place

Annual getaway

This was our 3rd year going to PCB, and our 3rd stay at Emerald (different units each time). This unit was great! Extremely clean, well maintained, and is exactly as described. We did not encounter any issues with check in, but management was kind enough to reach out to see how we were doing, and if we needed anything. The FL weather was not very cooperative, but there was a pull out sofa bed. It was very relaxing with the slider door open to the balcony listening to the waves. The unit is very convenient to the elevators, as well as the trash shoot. Nan's nest was a 5/5, and look forward to booking again next year!
