Wonderful Spring Break

The family and I had a wonderful stay. Having our coffee on the patio every morning with those stunning views was definitely a highlight. The sunsets were amazing. The condo was perfect for our family of four.

Our family loved this spot and proximity to everything. It’s very quiet part of PCB and family friendly. This condo had everything that met my family’s need and was large enough for 6 (2 adults 4 kids ) and the view from the balcony was our favorite spot in the evenings! Will definitely be staying here again.

Nice getaway!

Huge, beautiful condo. Up to date, well maintained. Our family books this condo every year and we would not stay anywhere else. Right on the beach, safe, family friendly. Near wonderful restaurants and activities for the kids.

We had just gone through 6 months of downsizing & moving my parents from a home of 54 years. Watercrest properties & beach were a fabulous way to destress. Our accommodations were awesome!

Great view

We enjoyed watching the waves, dolphins, stingrays and other fish in the beautiful clear water from the large balcony. The rooms are spacious and clean. The kitchen was furnished very well.

Beautiful condo with a beautiful view!

My family felt right at home. The furnishings were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. We couldn’t ask for a better place to vacation. The owner was very nice and gave plenty of information for our stay. We hope to return since this was our first trip to PCB!

Beautiful View & Stay on Panama City Beach!

My family & myself throughly enjoyed our stay at The Watercrest. We enjoyed all the amenities at the resort. The condo was beautiful & totally equipped all the way down to the built in phone chargers on the night stands. We will be back!

Great location. Loved the condo. Great Ocean view! Nice having chairs and umbrella's waiting on the beach. We can't say anything negative. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and will definitely be back!

Family Vacation 2022

The condo was absolutely beautiful!! Very clean, nicely decorated, and plenty of comfy seating in the living room. The kitchen had everything we needed. The only thing they didn’t have was dish towels. I would definitely stay there again.

Very well kept property. Our unit was as listed, met some really nice people, weather and ocean were great. My only complaint was one of the guys that took care of the chair rentals on the beach was very rude. Overall, nice vacation😎

Fantastic!

This condo was beautiful. It was clean and decorated so nice. The view from the large balcony made for perfect sunsets! The property owner was very informative and helpful. The entire trip, from booking to leaving, was a breeze. Another wonderful PCB vacation in the books!

Great week at the Beach

The condo was very spacious and well furnished. The kitchen was to die for!! The beach chairs were a big plus. The covered parking space helped keep the car cooler in the hot Fla. sun. We enjoyed our stay very much and would highly recommend it!!

Perfect condo!

We’ve been coming to PCB every other year and sometimes a few consecutive years and I have never found a condo that offered so many amenities, I cook a lot while I’m there, it’s my down time hobby and I didn’t need a thing. We will definitely do this condo again if our schedules allow!

Enjoyable Stay

Our stay was enjoyable overall, however, we woke up to the sounds of the construction crew working on the roof every day. The balcony furniture really needs replacing. Overall, this was a nice, clean beachfront condo with decent amenities.

We (myself and a few friends) visited this condo from May 23, 2015 thru May 30,2015...The condo was great! Very updated kitchen with all the conveniences needed to make our stay very enjoyable...Large oversized corner balcony was wonderful for viewing the afternoon sunsets...Can't say enough good things about this condo...Have stayed at Watercrest before in other units, but this one has the others we have visited beat by far, would recommend this to anyone visiting this area.

Seamless Booking and Breathtaking Views - Highly Recommend!

I work in the vacation rental industry and found booking this condo last minute to be incredibly easy! The property manager was very responsive to my questions and provided a phone number for easy communication, which was perfect for my getaway weekend. The condo itself was impeccably clean, comfortable, and felt luxurious. The highlight was definitely the 16th-floor balcony with its stunning views of the Gulf and the PCB skyline. I would absolutely book this property again and highly recommend this property manager for other locations.

Great stay and loaded kitchen!

Great stay. We loved the balcony and all the extras in the kitchen!!! Beds very comfortable and plenty of towels. Host are great and think of everything. Cleaning crew needs to focus on cleaning lint off wall above washer! Great! I suggest if staying to take host up on getting extra parking spot so someone’s doesn’t park right next to you. Stay here you want regret it! Beach chairs is always a plus, thanks ❤️

Summer Place is my new Place @ Panama City Beach!!!!!!!!!!!!

Our stay at the Watercrest Condominium Complex was absolutely wonderful. The pictures don't do this Condo justice. We could not have picked a better place to stay. It was so comfortable it felt just like HOME. I asked my wife how she would rate our accommodations and she said it is one of the best places we have ever stayed in, and we have traveled a lot . Hats off to the Hundley's for such a beautiful Condo. There is nothing like feeling like you are at home when you are away in a strange place, and we did. When we return to Panama City Beach it will definitely be in the Hundley Condo.

Nice!

This nice, updated condo is quite a value. You get a nice place to stay (I LOVED the pretty kitchen), beach service, and a covered parking spot all included. The elevator service was pretty good, too. We never had to wait more than a couple minutes. We came with some friends that stayed in a nice three bedroom there, but ours felt roomier. The only downside is that you can't see the pool from your balcony (this is a downside for me...not for everyone) and the balcony isn't 100% private, but it's not that bad (if that is important to you). However, almost all balconies are that way at Watercrest. Also, the owners made it all super easy. I loved that we didn't have to "check in" at a busy front desk. Thank you!

Our 35th wedding anniversary and bike week Sept 27 to Oct 4 2014.

My husband and I along with another couple stayed at your Watercrest condo. What a breath of fresh air. This condo has everything you would need for week to a month stay. The kitchen has everything you would need to cook full meals if you would like. Some condos I have stay in resently where lacking in cooking supplies. The master bed room had enough draws and closet space for your clothes. The second bed room also had plenty of space for cloths as well. Beds were very comfortable to get a good night sleep. The only thing that would have made sleeping better would to have brought my own pillow. The balcony had enought setting for 8 people. View was awesome. This condo also comes with beach chairs and pravite covered parking which was awsome!!! We Rode our bikes down. Good to keep them out of the rain. Which it did rain a couple of days. I would recomend staying at this condo. Next time I am planning a trip to PCB this is were I would like to stay if available. Thanks Wayne for keeping your home away from home so inviting. Really enjoyed our stay . Thanks for renting this awsome condo to me and my husband.
