Problems started less then a hour into being there. The issue at hand is still not fixed. I have had problems with that toilet since we checked in. To have to deal with an over flow in the back tank on a toilet you had to call about for two days prior and they still didn’t fix it is unacceptable, they had already been out twice to fix it. This is a vacation I have to deal with this at home shouldn’t have to turn water off on a condo toilet because it’s flooding your unit and get the response well we are scheduled to be there at the end of the day. This wasn’t us clogging the toilet this is a faulty mechanism in the tank it needs to be replaced. 10 min job I have done them myself so know it’s not hard to accomplish. The toilet itself is still running every 5 mins or so. Haven’t called again because of failed attempts already. I highly recommend fixing it before your next renters.There are MANY issues with this condo that was way over priced for what you get. We deserve a partial refund for all the inconveniences we have had to endure this week. No pot holders in the worst stocked dirty kitchen I have ever had in a rental. Malfunctioning blinds that don’t block any sun from entering room so you are up at first light! Pool closed first two days and only partially open now. Might want to consider cleaning glass decorations in kitchen they are covered in grime. I was not impressed with the length of time it took to address any issues we had and there were many.
