We stayed at Tropic Winds for two weeks at the end of January and the beginning of February, and for a beach vacation, we honestly couldn’t be much happier. The location is perfect — right on the sand, with easy, direct access to the beach and within walking distance of several bars, restaurants, and shops. The quiet west end of Panama City Beach is a major highlight, offering a peaceful atmosphere while still being close to everything.Book That Condo was great to work with from start to finish. They kept us well‑informed before and during our stay, and everything about the process was smooth. The condo itself was clean, private, and exactly as described. We appreciated how accurate the listing was — no surprises, just a comfortable, well‑kept place with beautiful Gulf views.Overall, Tropic Winds delivered exactly what we were hoping for: relaxation, convenience, and a true beachfront experience. We’d happily stay here again

Fully equipped condo with high end finishes and pretty decor. Very clean unit. View from the balcony awesome. Pool was a little disappointing; but we came for the sand and ocean, which didn’t disappoint!

Very nice place and Great view of the ocean and a very nice balcony to relax and watch the sunset.If I have anything negative to say it would be that parking is tight and a height restriction and the entry of the condo is right in front of the elevator so it may get noisy at night if you go at a busy time.but overall very nice.

Condo was great. Love the decor and cleanliness. Elevator right out our condo door was convenient and no noise from the elevator. Great balcony, found it to be bigger than normal and views were fabulous. Definitely staying again.

Our stay in July

Absolutely, great location and beautiful condo. This condo building was well monitored and very clean. Several dishes, however in the unit were very dirty. One of the cooking trays and caked on food and there was no way of scrubbing it clean. We found out very quickly that we had to clean the dishes before we would use them. It made creating meals difficult. The dirty dishes didn’t match the beautiful quality of the condo. However, we will return and we are very appreciative to have had a memorable stay.

This is a wonderful property. The balcony is spacious and a great place to host guests. Both bedrooms were well appointed and the bathroom facilities were excellent. The kitchen was well equipped to prepare meals as opposed to going out to eat. Quick access to the beach and pool made for a fun visit. Would definitely book this condominium in the future for travel to Panama City Beach.

Everything was perfect. The condo was beautiful. The beach was beautiful. The only issue I had was I have a big lifted truck and parking is not very good for a vehicle of that size so if you have a big vehicle double check where you can park but other than that I loved every minute of it. We just stayed in our parking spot an Uber around town. It was perfect.

Condo is great, check in not so much

The condo is well appointed and accurate per the photos. This property is right in front of the elevators and we did NOT have issues with noise. The elevators are quick. Nothing negative to say about the condo itself, it was honestly great and well done. The check in process was a different story. Our condo was not ready until 5:45, so plan on counting on 6pm as the check in time and you wont be disappointed like we were. We were texted when the condo was ready so we could go straight there. HOWEVER, there was discord between the property and the rental agency. Since the condo wasn't ready before the office closed, we had issues & weren't sure if we should use the "emergency" line. The process we were told to use to get parking passes and armbands was incorrect. An employee caught my husband parking in the overflow across the street and told us we would be towed without a parking pass (not in the condo when we arrived). THEN we were informed we had to pay for the "included" spot in the garage as well. In cash only. At 6pm at night. Make note...if you park in the garage it is VERY VERY tight turn radius and the space is small and on the top level. A Grand Wagoneer barely made it and took multiple 3 point turns to make the turn to go to the next level. You pay the same whether in the garage or in overflow. Hopefully, the property manager will build that into the price of the stay in the future. We are still waiting for a manager's call back.

Memorial Day weekend

The stay was excellent , the place was decorated nicely and very clean. What was confusing and annoying was we were told our parking passes would be on the counter in the condo and they weren’t and had to track down someone who could give us some. .

PCB Getaway!

The condo was PERFECT! It was very comfortable with sweeping views of the beach from the large patio. The elevator was right outside the door, so it was very convienant, without being loud. I highly recommend this beautiful space!

KIND OF DISAPPOINTED

WE STAYED IN THIS SAME UNIT IN 2022 AND IT WAS BEAUTIFUL. NOW IT SHOWS MUCH WEAR. THE SOFA IS SHABBY AND THE OUTDOOR RUGS SUPER WORN. THE INSIDE CABINETS ABOVE STOVE ARE GREASY AND AIR VENTS BLACK WITH DUST.
