    Esta casa adosada de 3 dormitorios y 3 baños tiene una habitación en el primer piso con una cama queen, una habitación principal en el segundo piso con una cama king y una queen y una doble en la habitación del segundo piso. Afuera cuenta con una amplia terraza con suficiente sombra si te apetece sentarte y mirar las olas. Esta unidad está diseñada para que pueda ir directamente desde la puerta trasera a los escalones hasta la playa.

    Esta zona residencial de playa ofrece a las familias una escapada de vacaciones privada y espectacular, pero aún está cerca de excelentes tiendas y restaurantes como Pearl y Cowgirl Kitchen. Disfrute de un hermoso paseo en bicicleta por 30-a accediendo al sendero para bicicletas justo en frente de la propiedad.

Amazing Beach and place to stay

We loved our first stay in 30A, the small condo complex was super quiet, well maintained and easy access to the beach! This is a great location for anyone wanting to stay in 30A.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay. Location was perfect- easy access right on the beach/beach was not crowded and in a wonderful location near all of our favorite restaurants and shops, house had all of the amenities we needed, clean linens and comfortable beds. Some wear and tear and minor repairs/replacing furniture are needed to freshen up the space, management was very responsive and we did not need immediate action.

Wonderful view

Great location

The location was outstanding. Directly on the beach. Our family had a great time. The supplies of toilet paper (3), trash bags (2), paper towels (1), dishwasher tab (1), etc. were definitely not enough for a 3 bedroom/3 bathroom unit rented for a week.

Dealt with roach issues everyday. Most were dying after extermination treated the place. Cooking appliances are stored in closet where most were located. Condo needs renovation and updates for the price paid. Left side of sliding door to beach did not work and was hard to lock. Upstairs toilet constantly ran. Dishwasher is uneven, watch the door when you open it - the weight will get your leg. Dated bathrooms - cabinet hardware painted over. Rubber stoppers for bathtubs. Beach shower did not work, hose for feet barely ran. Been coming to 30A for years - never have had this experience. Awaiting management company review of the issues we had.

Great Condo

The condo is in a nice location, great views and well equipped. When we reported a clogged kitchen sink to management company, they sent someone out and had it fixed within a couple of hours while we relaxed on the beach. We will always stay at the Blue Nine!

A plus for us were fewer staits to climb to the beach with children, chairs, coolers, etc. Stayed here the last 2 years after visiting 10 and hopefully again next year!

I talked to a maintenance employee, at this location, and he indicated he would relay the information to management.I feel these improvements would make the rental more enjoyable and be incentive for renters to return . Inexpensive improvements make for 5- star reviews.

The beach was beautiful and not crowded. Unfortunately, the dolphins were on vacation somewhere else. We usually see them while we enjoy our morning coffee, but they had other plans. No problem, we'll be back.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: PROS:The condo is in a great location with direct beach access. The beach area in front of the condo is private for families staying in Blue Nine, so the beach area is never going to be crowded.The condo was clean and suited our needs perfectly (3 bedroom, with 4 beds total).CONS:The high-speed internet router had to be reset several times because the connection kept dropping. In this era of video streaming, without internet you can't watch TV. I called Benchmark and there's pretty much nothing they can do. I called the internet provider and they said they would come out the next day. They didn't show, and then I got a text from them saying I had an appointment for the week after we left. I finally figured out the router was overheating, and moved it out of the cabinet.We saw 2 cockroaches in the condo; 1 live and 1 dead. It was the biggest roach I've ever seen. I called Benchmark 3 times. Each time they said they would get it treated, and they never did. This was an issue for us, as my family was creeped out by it, and we were paranoid for the remainder of our stay.

Terrible Customer Service

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Due to the poor customer service from Benchmark Property Management, I cannot give good ratings for this property. Just ten days prior to our trip, I found out through an email in my Spam Folder, not even a phone call, that we had to make other arrangements due to construction at the original place we booked. If I had not happened upon that email, we would have driven 12 hours and not had a place to stay. Calls to Benchmark to help me went unanswered and messages unreturned. Ultimately, I booked Blue Nine 3 which was well-equipped and comfortable. Unfortunately, it had cockroaches, a clogged drain which my husband cleared, loose plumbing fixtures (see a review from a Sept. 2023 guest), and the magnificent view is only from the 2nd floor not the main floor which my 90 yr. old mother couldn't enjoy because of the stairs. I asked Benchmark to take care of the roaches and their droppings, and they said they'd "get back" to me, but never did. They also promised twice to apply a "15% Easter Discount" and I was told three times in writing and verbally that they had applied it and would see it on my card soon. After a month of unreturned calls, leaving messages, then reps. telling me they would "check into it" but then not calling back, I was then told it was too late because the transaction was closed. After speaking to a manager, I am still waiting for someone to "get back" to me. Owners and guests should be aware of such poor customer service, lack of follow-through, and not holding true to their word by Benchmark Property Management.

Blue nine 3 not worth the money and no early check in.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Place was not worth the money, it’s outdated and the rental agency apparently has no early arrival, even though the place was fully cleaned before 12pm had to wait till 4:03pm. Upstairs is hot, and needs some stuff cleaned up for the price. I have stayed in 30A for over 10 years and this is the only time I did not enjoy my stay and first time using this agency.

Beautiful beach location!

Our stay at Blue 9 3 was excellent. You can’t beat the private beach. The condo has been newly furnished and looks great. The only issue with the wifi connection.
