Couch and living room chair were disgustingly gross and so worn out they hurt to sit in. We put sheets over them. Deck furniture should have been replaced a year plus ago…Floors so dirty we used an entire box of swiffers to clean the night we checked in.

Everything was great. The only issue we had was in the morning after the first night we stayed. We were awoken by water pouring out of the ceiling in the bathroom. It stopped after a few minutes and fortunately did not happen again. Never knew what caused it.

For the price we paid, the furniture was out of date including the bed and linage. You could tell it's been used for many years. Not many pots and pans that were usable, most ruined or dirty.

Amazing condo

We stayed here as our honeymoon and to say we were speechless when we walked in would be a on understatement. There was a personal card and dozen roses greeting us on the kitchen counter. Everything was as explained. The location is perfect for food and drinks at multiple places and a short trip to the pier park which is a great shopping destination.

Much needed vaca!

We had a couple issues that were addressed with the owners our first day! They spent no time addressing the floors being cleaned more in depth and making sure everything was good for us! They checked in every couple days to make sure we were good, too! We enjoyed every bit of our vacation

Good

The only two things that I was not impressed with was the all in the kitchen. It was not stocked with all cooking essentials. For example there was only one pot but then no lid for it. There were to put lids but both were to small for the the pot provided. We managed but some other more essentials would have been nice. It also would have been nice to have some non glass dishes for my 5 year old to use. My o my other issue and my biggest… was that the dishes were ALL dirty! The first plate was fine but then all under that one were still very dirty. And the glasses all has lip stick in them. Really grosses me out. I ended up getting enough plates and cups for us and washing them and then just kept them out of the cabinets and rewashed and used the same ones. Other than those two things the place was great.. plenty of towels the beds were clean and comfortable and the ciew was fantastic!

Fantastic Condo!

Our stay was AMAZING!, Condo was everything we needed , resort has everything you would want in it !, have nothing bad to say about any of it , four star condos staff was very helpful with anything we needed , easy check in and check out ! Highly recommend them & this condo ! Thank you !

Never Gets Old

Where do I begin?? We come every year sometimes twice. I love PCB more every time I come. We celebrated the 4th of July and the fireworks were spectacular. We also got to celebrate our daughter’s 17th birthday. We had sun and calm waters every day we were there. Always sad when we leave.

Just a short trip

The property was fine I love how fast the elevator’s travel up and down perfect location step off the elevator and you’re right there. Right next to the trash chute which was also nice. The room was fine with us. We’re not real picky. But I will mention the room had a musky smell when you walk in you kinda get use to it. And the sliding door was extremely hard to open. It slid fine once you got it to move. Once I rented the property I got two calls and e-mails making sure I got all my information which was nice to know I had everything when I got there. Over all it’s not a new place so I would rate it a three and a half to a four. As far as my self I was satisfied.

Wonderful Vacation Property

Pros - 1. All appliances worked well: apparently new refrigerator/freezer, quietest dishwasher I've ever seen, washer/dryer without problems. Nowhere in the property description did it actually say there was a washer/dryer on premise. 2. Gorgeous view from the 15th floor. 3. Furniture was updated from the promo photos and very comfortable. 4. Thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub, swimming pool, and walking on the beach, but a little too cold in February to go into the ocean. 5. The written suggestions of what to bring was appreciated and helpful. 6. I made daily use of the building's exercise facility and found it to be top quality. Cons - 1. Smelled musty, probably due to the carpet. Time to upgrade to solid flooring in livingroom? 2. The bathtub caulking leaked and soaked the bedroom closet floor, but the repair worker responded and fixed quickly. 3. Our unit was near the elevators and we heard loud elevator noises constantly from the bedroom whenever it ran. 4. Definitely needs a new toaster /oven, as this was too small and has seen better days. 5. During the day, we heard construction noises in the unit next door - not disruptive for the most part. 6. During our stay, the railing on the balcony was inspected and was found to be loose and in need of repair. We were restricted from going onto the deck until it could be fixed. Luckily, this happened the day before we were scheduled to leave and was not a problem. We were in no danger at any time. Overall, we had a great time. We wanted to have a daily view of the ocean and wonderful sunsets; we were not disappointed.

Review

This place was not the worst condo I have stayed at but definitely was not the best. The dryer did not work the entire week. We got there on Monday, called on Tuesday they told us they would put us on the list for weds. Weds they never called or texted so we called again. They said they would come on Thursday to look at it and never did, we called again and left a message and never heard anything back. We had 5 people with us and they only gave us 4 towels. We asked if we could have another towel and they said we would have to contact this company, we called and never got anything the entire week. The ceiling in the living room had some type of dark stuff all over it that looked like mold. Also you had to get on three different elevators from the parking garage to your room so it was just a lot when you had a cart full of stuff. This rental company had the worst communication that I have ever experienced and deff won’t be back not be at a Four Star Condo unit.

Everything was good and amazing beach view. One of the best I would say with the exception of the elevator issues. Having to wait for elevators due to some not working and closed. Making waiting time an issue. Definitely would still recommend to anyone.

The elevator situation was ridiculous! Our condo was not completely cleaned prior to our arrival, there was long hair everywhere. Could not keep our door open due to the people below us kept smoking door. Other than that, not a bad vacation.
