Love PCB

We stayed July 4th week. Checked in on Sunday. It told us 4pm. We arrived at 3pm. Tried to get in early as a storm was on the way. Let me tell you, you CAN NOT get in till 4. Don't go early. It has NO pull up door to unload. You have to park get cart then unload walk back. For parking it's not the best. Only a 3 tier parking lot. Parking was very tight. You can park behind the parking tier where the public parks. Tight also if a car is coming in and you going out it's a squeeze. Level 3 is the walk across the road. So fingers crossed you get on 3 so you don't have to mess with the traffic. It is open and pray it's not raining. No real desk to walk up to and ask questions. Talked to a man on level 3 but all he told us was our instructions was in our condo. No help when we couldn't get in it early. Weight room is 3 machines. That's all. So if you work out you will have to work out on the beach. Pools were very well taken care of and clean. Hot tub as well. Every morning 7am or so they would close them off for cleaning. We didn't use the grill but noticed families and they seemed to be good. The code for the gate and pool were a little confusing. First day we just followed someone in till we figured out the QR code in our room which was not very well instructed. Did have a couple places to rinse off after a day at the ocean. Only wore our arm bands one day. Only day we were asked to show them. Not sure if all room had a fee but ours did. If you lost a band it was a $75 fee.

Great condo for price/CLEAN

Condo was perfect except there is only one tiny rug at door and the sand gets everywhere. The vacuum in the condo had a broken off handle, so only way to clean was with broom and no handled dustpan. Only 1 or 2 of the 3 elevators worked for the 6 days we were there.

Wedding in the Sand

Made a quick trip for a wedding. Amazing set up if two couples are traveling together!! Super clean and excellent customer service. Absolutely would book this condo again!

Loved it!!

This place was so nice and it was easy to get to everything. Elevator was quick, easy to get to the parking garage, pools, and beach. I liked where we didn't have to check in with anybody. Straight to the room with their keyless entry. They kept in contact with you via text, making sure everything was ok. Also offered a discounted price for an extra night being they had no one coming in. Of course we took it. We especially enjoyed the spacious balcony with the table. We ate everything outside. We will definitely be back!

The view was awesome! The kitchen doesn’t have enough utensils or cookware for 5 people. Need more pot holders and dish rags. The dish liquid was watered down, luckily I had brought some from home. Master Bedroom door doesn’t lock. Balcony door didn’t lock. Beach chair service guys was rude and obnoxious. Very expensive to rent them for the week compared to other beaches. Invest in a pop up tent and save your money.

Girls getaway

Perfect place for a friend and I to stay for a few days. We didn’t really use the kitchen but it seemed well supplied. The Tv was slow and weird, but we didn’t need it either.

Very disappointed

The condo at the Oceanvilla 502 was well equipped with all the basic amenities. The balcony was beautiful and had a great view of the beach. However, the noise from the pools and hot tub was very loud and the walls seem to be very thin, also noise from all the traffic.. There is a 11 pm quite time, so there is no going to sleep before that. The owner needs to update a few things. The mattresses where very uncomfortable, there was no pull out couch as stated. We had a blow up mattress that we brought and I’m glad we did. We took are grandkids and we would have had an issue with sleeping arrangements. The day after we got there and was drinking coffee on the balcony a maintenance man comes in the condo unannounced. I was shocked by him just standing in the kitchen and I was still in my pajamas. I explained the dryer didn’t work and he briefly looked at it and left. He never returned or stated that it couldn’t be fixed, so we had no dryer all week. The shower curtains were molded, the bed frame had the covering just hanging it’s like a fake leather. Also one of the condos above us had a large banner hanging over toward the beach that said “F…..Biden”. Does anyone Police the area? Children can see that from the beach and was asking what it meant.

It was the worst vacation home I have ever been in. Home owner seemed to care less of the dryer was broken. Not bring from the area I asked if she knew where a laundry mat was. She said no. I feel beaten down and ripped off

Best balcony on the beach!

My husband and I cElebrated our 25th wedding anniversary at the beach. We had a wonderful time, the condo was exactly as described and hope to return soon. This building has the best balconies and it’s right on the beach.

Awesome!

The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. Communication was great leading up to our stay, during our stay, and the day of departure. Amazing views and great amenities on premises made our stay just as wished. We all had a blast on the beach, in the pool, in the hot tub and around the area. Thank you for letting us stay!
