Easy to Book and a Great Location

Great location. Walking distance to the pier and the mall. The condo was really nice, very clean and the kitchen was large and fully stocked with everything needed. Great view from the 21st floor.

Best condo yet

This condo has the best layout of any we've stayed in. It has everything you need plus some. It was extremely clean and nicely decorated!! Being on the 21st floor definitely has advantages. The views were spectacular but it was also nice and quiet. You don't hear pool or beach noise, just the tour helicopter or military planes every once in awhile. Also, the use of the owners parking spot was awesome. I can't think of anything negative to say about this condo. The area has a lot of activities, but unfortunately, that brings quite a bit of traffic. We walked whenever possible. The beach is also beautiful, but we had quite a bit of seaweed the week we were there, but it didn't stop us from sitting or walking the beach or going in the ocean. The pools are great, just wish they had more chairs around them. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and didn't want to go home!! Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us!!

Better than the Photos!

Wonderful property. Much bigger than photos reveal. Kitchen supplied just like home. I could stay in this condo months & be perfectly content. Views are amazing!!! In walking distance to everything my son & grandson enjoy while vacationing here. Parking at elevator was such a blessing & elevator was quick with no wait. Love the whole experience & will be back if available.

Outstanding!

Our rental was outstanding! The rental was clean, beds were comfortable, and the view was perfect! Having a VIP parking right next to the elevator was another plus! The kitchen had everything we needed with a large kitchen table.We will return and would definitely recommend this rental...sleeps 8 with QUEEN bunk beds!!!

Perfect beach location!

We have been to PCB before but this was our first time staying here. The location is excellent, next to several restaurants and the view of the ocean is amazing! If you are looking to be close ( walking distance) to pier park and the ocean look no further. Our family of 4 ( ages 6 & 9) had a great time. You have access to large pools, a tiki bar with adult beverages and can literally walk out to the beach. Sunrise and sunset views were outstanding. I can’t say enough great things about this property but we will be back!

Yes, Enjoyed and as Described

The condo is great. As described in the profile. Very convenient location. Parking location that is assigned to this condo is the best in the whole condo. Parking is so convent especially with luggage. Many other condo residence have to take the 3rd floor overpass to another building for their car. A real plus is a tv in the LR and bedroom. The LR tv is great that it as Direct TV and Roku, nice!

Perfect location for Ironman Triathlon

Everything was just like it was supposed to be! The reserved parking spot made it a breeze for check in/out. The unit was big and clean! Gulf view was beautiful! Would definitely stay again!

Honeymoon vacation

This was a fantastic place to stay! The unit was incredible. The balcony with the view was amazing and we could see all kind of sea life while we sat up there. The designated parking spot was also a huge bonus for the rental. Made it super easy to unload/load all of our luggage Freon the unit. Plus the included beach chair /umbrella made everything perfect! We will definitely be back!!

Great spur of the moment trip!!

Great condo! Nicely decorated with all things beachy! Great location to Pier Park. Walked there just about everyday! Loved the VIP parking space in the garage under the building right by the elevators. REALJOY the rental company was on top of things. Very quick to respond to an a/c issue. The views were excellent from the 21st floor (although we had a couple of days of what seemed to be all day fog). The only thing we had an issue with was the fitness center...it was TINY to accompany all those units and no outside windows. The condo rental and rental company were 5 stars all the way!! We will definitely stay here again when we need a 2 bedroom. Thank you so much!!
