Beautiful condo but terrible hotel
When we arrived at the hotel, we went to check in. We were asked if we filled out our preregistration email to register for wristbands and pre check-in. I explained that I never received an email to preregister and did not know what they were talking about. The check in staff were extremely rude and proceeded to take my cell phone looking through my emails to prove me wrong which they were never able to do so. They explained that even though it did not appear to be my fault as the owner should have sent me the information, I would still be charged with a late registration due since it was not filled out 24 hours ahead of check in and I could take up reimbursement with the condo owner. Thankfully they could not figure out how to charge the additional late fee and eventually waived the fee but this was a whole 2 hour process. The condo itself is as stated. It was nice and clean. There were no linens provided for the pull out sofa (this may have been stated in the rental agreement? not sure). The real problem were the elevators in the hotel. It would take 30 mins to get an elevator big enough for our family to get on and this was with a handicapped grandmother and even after calling for security to help because of the long wait. Check out took 3 hours to get a an elevator down, get a cart, and get it back down to the parking garage. I will not be staying in this hotel again even if its no fault to the owner, the hotel experience was horrible.
