The property was gorgeous and very well taken care of. If the house didn’t have a basic amenity the management company had it delivered to the house within an hour or so. Very convenient being right next to a larger pool and about 2 block from the heart of Rosemary. Will definitely be back.

When we arrived at the house, we noticed that the air conditioning was broken, so that the heater would not turn off. It was 81 degrees in the house and rising. We promptly called the property manger and she said they would send maintenance to check the a/c. After about 30 minutes and a temperature of 83 degrees (and rising) we called again and were informed she couldn’t give us an eta or do anything more to help us. We ended up discussing with her (and calling every 10 minutes) until we wrangled the A/C company name and then called them ourselves to expedite the issue. Turns out no one had even called the A/C company, just put in an online order, which they hadn’t seen. At this point our chef arrived (we had a private chef planned) and started to cook. It took about another 30-45 minutes to fix the A/C. This greatly diminished the experience that we booked and kind of ruined our night as the temperature wasn’t comfortable until well into our dinner. We were told that some sort of compensation could be arranged but when contacted after the weekend no one responded to our request. Other than the A/C, one of the showers didn’t work and had to be fixed during our visit. There also weren’t enough wine glasses for the 8 of us (the house sleeps 12) nor did they have matching silverware for the chef.

Truly a perfect house for my bachelorette party. The property was clean, beds were comfortable and it looked exactly like the listing. The neighborhood could not be more perfect. We weren’t at the house much but when we were it was very enjoyable and talking with management was quick and efficient. Only suggestions would be to add a few extra blankets for sleeping and spices for use in the kitchen. Overall would highly recommend to anyone considering this property!

The stay was amazing, perfect location and room for everyone in my wedding party. We got married at the pearl and this VBRO made the whole time perfect. The place was large enough to sleep everyone and was in perfect condition when we arrive. We come back every year and would recommend this VBRO to everyone

This place was absolutely perfect for our family. We had an issue figuring out how to get in and then we didn’t quite understand the pool alarm, but they were extremely responsive and we figured out the pool alarm quickly. With a toddler, we were grateful for it. We loved the proximity to everything. We also had a great community pool right next to us as well. Overall, I would highly recommend!

This is a lovely modern-mediterranean style home which was perfect for kids and adults alike. We loved the large open living/dining /kitchen area which was perfect for socializing. The small pool was a nice perk if you just wanted to cool off or relax and not deal with busier pools. We loved the swings as well. The family pool was a few steps away which was so nice and convenient. The bathrooms were nicely designed and clean. Lots of storage space. Both the main home and carriage house had laundry rooms with very nice appliances. The kids room with bunkbeds was a hit with our 9 year-old. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others. We had a loose door when we arrived and management was quick to respond and within the hour it was repaired. Very impressed.

This is a very nice house. Clean and beautiful. Pool was a nice thing to have. Very bright and cheery home. Wonderful master bathroom/shower. Nice to have one covered garage to use. There were some minor issues though. The WiFi was too slow to be usable which created some problems doing some remote work. The garbage disposal didn’t work. The Keurig coffee maker on the kitchen counter doesn’t work but there was a regular coffee maker available. The deadbolt on the front door doesn’t work. Again, all minor issues except for the WiFi perhaps. Overall nice place and I would stay here again.

This house was as pretty as it looked in photos. Well located, safe, nicely furnished and spotlessly clean. It was also well supplied with paper towels / dish soap / trash bags (I’ve experienced otherwise so this was very appreciated.) The very late check in and very early check out were hard on us and the only thing we did not like. I will say however that the place was spotless so whatever cleaning was done during those extra two hours - was clearly done well.
