Enjoyed our stay greatly. Place was clean and had everything we needed. The two guys handling our beach chair setup were awesome as well. We would definitely book here again.

Happy Family

We have been vacationing with family and friends in the Destin/Panama area for 12 years now and this was by far our favorite condo we have stayed in. The condo was away from all the hustle and bustle of the strip but close enough to be able to enjoy when we chose to. Definitely the cleanest and most beautifully decorated and spacious for our group of 12. Very happy and impressed with our condo and will be a repeat customer.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have stayed in this unit 3 times over the last couple of years. This last stay was not my favorite. The condo itself needs some work and cleaning. The carpets are all very dirty. Blinds are missing multiple pieces so you cannot close completely. Towel rack in one bathroom broken. Overall my last visit was disappointing.

Reviewer Comments: Condo was nice at first glance, beautiful view of the ocean, plenty of room for my family but upon closer look, trash was found around trash can with no garbage bag, various items in bedroom left from previous guests under bed. The door was damaged from break in??? It’s what it look like, bathroom shower dirty in corners. Rugs and couch in living area needed deep cleaning. I am sorry about being picky but we paid a lot for our week and I expect at least cleanliness.

I will be back for Labor Day week 2023 as well. Many great restaurants close by. I highly recommend I will say they need to clean the area rugs in this unit more often. Both visits the area carpets need attention and a good cleaning.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Hidden Dunes 1204 is the nicest condo we’ve ever stayed in. It’s very spacious with open floor plan and decorated beautifully. My only complaint is that it wasn’t cleaned. There was sand all over the floors, dirty sheets and towels, not washed and half wet, still in the washing machine. Guest bedroom had little pieces of trash under the sheet. It wasn’t terribly dirty but someone obviously forgot to clean this unit. But overall, we really enjoyed staying here and will definitely stay again.

The condo was not clean. Staff at the front office and maint supervisor were ill mannered.

The elevator showed problems (sticking between floors and not operating) and we reported it. The next day it happened again, staff prized the doors open and asked us to 'climb out' while the elevator was still between floors. On going to front office and being directed to the maint supervisor, we were told to 'get out of his office'. The microwave in the kitchen was so badly damaged, you could see metal through the melted bubbled interior of the unit. The toilets had what appeared to be black mold in the back behind and surrounding the bidet in the unit. Overall horrible experience, it has taken this long for me to want to remember the details and relay them, traumatic.

Paradise in Panama City

This property is even nicer than pictures present. Property manager was very easy to get in touch with and answered all questions and even address an issue within minutes. Beds are comfortable. Common living spaces are very spacious. Kitchen is well stocked. We cooked all week and didn’t wish for anything. The refrigerator has 2 ice makers-great! AC was great! Plenty of hot water! View was amazing from the 12th floor. Pool looked nice, we didn’t use it. Cable TV for all the college football games! TV’s in all bedrooms. ELECTRIC grill on patio worked well also. Plenty of carts to load items for transport. Elevators are large and accommodating with AC. Fast elevators for a high rise. Never waited more an a minute and the property was packed for the holiday. Very short walk to beach with shower and water hose for washing sand off. Ask for Mario with chair rentals (cash gets better deals). Highly recommend and will rent again!

Spacious, well appointed property.

This is a great property. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Communication with the property manager was poor. The code given for the beach access was invalid and a call to the property manager went unanswered for days. Other guests in the condo building gave us the code. There were a few things I would have loved to share with the owner (2 remotes with no backs, 2 yellow recliners broken, and 2 lamps that needed attention). These deficiencies were obvious upon our arrival, but did not interfere with our enjoyment of the property. The owner needs to know to make repairs before arrival of next guests. Hope this was helpful.

Great views

This property is amazing! The only issue we had is the washer did not work the entire time. With 12 people it was miserable. However we did get some extra towels. Management always answered our calls. The views and condo was amazing!

Fabulous Condo and Location

Condo was perfect for our first family trip to PCB. The condo was spacious and comfortable with a wonderful view from the balcony. Tasteful beachy decor throughout and the kitchen had plenty of cookware, utensils and dinnerware. Pool area was nice with easy access to the beach - which based on our walks was the best in the area. Mgmt company was responsive as we had clear check-in and check-out instructions. Parking passes and pool bands were available in the condo upon our arrival in addition to code for accessing WiFi. Location was perfect as it was at the quieter end with close proximity to different water adventures from the lower lagoon.

Spacious condo

This 12th floor condo had enough space for our family . Very well appointed . Unit had all the amenities that you need to prepare and cook food. We had everything we needed . We will definitely rent this place again .
