We arrived on Monday and immediately noticed the air conditioning wasn’t working correctly and let the rental company know. Two hours later, we hadn’t heard anything and tried again. It wasn’t until a manager got involved late that evening that a service man arrived and we were moved to another rental. That rental wasn’t available the rest of our stay so we returned to the original rental and we’re told there would be no way to fix the AC on Tuesday, but that it would be fixed Wednesday. The property management company was initially slow to respond but when the management got involved, things were done quickly. We received a refund for a portion of our stay and were really pleased with the location and amenities. Unfortunately the person who checked the rental prior to our arrival should have noticed that it was incredibly hot, the water filter needed replacing in the fridge, there was no coffee pot in the coffee maker, the air vents were all very dusty and needed vacuuming and no trash bags were left for us - we reported the water filter and air vents multiple times but they were never addressed, a brand new coffee maker and pot were delivered to us the day we reported it. All of the rugs in the rental need cleaning and seemed dirty. Another issue is inaccuracies in the guest guidance - the provided bikes were not accessible as described and it took several calls to locate the correct information. Overall, we made the best of our stay but were inconvenienced consistently.
